  We were desperate to find a place to sleep after our flight was canceled in Miami. There was absolutely nothing available, so when we were told we could get a room at this hotel, we grabbed it. I believe the woman's name at the front desk is Charlene. She is absolutely amazing! Sadly, the room smelled so musty it was unbearable. If we had any choice at all, we would not have stayed. The sheets and blankets were threadbare, and there was black hair in the tub. If they could work on freshening up the rooms, it could be a very nice place to stay. The pool area looked inviting. We couldn't partake because Miami airport would not allow us to have our luggage. Charlene's excellent customer service far outweighed the condition of our room.

  Late night check-in saved by wonderful staff

  I stayed here solo for a few hours after a long day of delayed and cancelled flights. I ended up flying into Miami and needed a place to stay before taking the train the next morning. I was tired and stressed, but I received amazing service.I booked last minute around midnight and was greeted by Sherlene. She was an absolute lifesaver! She went above and beyond to ensure I got settled as soon as possible. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made the whole experience much better.I can’t comment on the amenities because I only slept for about 3 hours and then left, but the beds were very comfy and the room was clean!

  I stayed for three nights at this hotel, since I had come down to join up with friends, and this is where they were staying.Next time, I’ll choose somewhere different.It’s not giant problems, but little problems. Things like not having enough towels and having to go ask for more, when we had a 3-night stay. Inconvenient entrances. A dreadful parking lot, where entering meant driving up over a curb. Gates that didn’t let you in, coupled with gates that didn’t keep you out. Small rooms. And while its price is in line with other properties in the nearby area, its features and appearance are not. The rooms are dated and small.Ultimately, this is pretty much towards what I consider toward the bottom end of hotels, but with a mid-tier price.Pass on this one.

  My boyfriend and I stay here a few times a year for the last five years. This stay was good. Our bed was firm and the refrigerator worked good. We stayed four nights and did not have any problems. The new manager Lee was very nice and helpful. The only thing we thought was weird is we had to wait until 4 pm to check in…there was around 10 people in the small lobby just standing there waiting to check in… we are glad they took the coffee pots out of the room and wish they would take the microwaves out. We love having the refrigerator though….But wish they would put one nice microwave and coffee and hot water back in the lobby. It’s under new ownership so I’m sure they are going to figure that all out in the future👍🏻👍🏻

  They are thieves charging me first charging me $113 for a “resort” fee that the booking site does not mention then charging me $180 after checkout for some trash on the floor and a sauce stain on the sheets… thats is s housekeeping concern it is not damage !!!!! I am currently disputing the charges and filing a lawsuit … Do not stay here
