    It's a hotel of choice! You can choose not to sleep due to the roaring AC or not to sleep due to the heat and humidity if the AC is off. Everything smells moldy. No service for full price. Basic self-service plastic breakfast. Charmless neon-lit "dining" room. There must be better choices.

    Wonderful location near food and shopping with a friendly staff and clean accommodations. My room is comfortable and quiet with amenities that include a clean coffee maker, quiet mini fridge and practice microwave. Getting here was made easy with a safe ride from a professional shuttle driver. The property has pretty garden spaces and a relaxing pool area which looks to be a perfect social gathering spot as well.

    Upon check in I gave my bank card for deposit hold and upon check out I never got back my deposit. There are new faces at the front desk I don't recognize but I do remember past employees Like Concheta Manager , Elizabeth and a young black lady with Green eyes (Curvy) she would work the overnight sometime she so pleasant to talk too and very professional, my apologies for forgetting her name. Every time I've checked in & out with any one of them my deposit was refunded within 7 days or less. There No Longer here it's been 3 months still no refund back on my card. I called my Bank and they informed me the hotel has to release the deposit. It's hard to find passionate hotel employees that genuinely care about the comfort of guest requests. I'm all for A.i. robots taken over I know it will get worse the service hotel industry will drop. Maybe they will value the great employees that gave good service that are no longer there. Also The breakfast 🥞 is horrible not much choices to offer just toast, waffle, yogurt and coffee tea. No bagels 🥯 they don't serve eggs and fruits 🍑 When you wake up in the morning your smelling sausage 🌭 or bacon 🥓 being cooked when you arrive in the breakfast area it's all Carbs No Fruits the hotel needs an upgrade from Staff, Service and better Breakfast I've seen the commercials on TV for choice hotel. This hotel provide false advertising.

    The hotel itself was good, room good, AC good, clean, safe, etc. In fact I'd say above average. But.....it is an "Airport Hotel" and therefore should have some basic like an airport shuttle that serves the airport when flights arrive. My flight arrived at 10:30PM, and my luggage arrived at 10:47 pm. Calling the hotel upon my arrival I was told that the complimentary airport shuttle was no longer running as it was too late. So a $35 Uber ride later, I arrived at the hotel, checked in, and ordered Domino's (who did deliver that late).
