Location

This Dania Beach hotel is conveniently situated near Miami International Airport (41 km, an airport shuttle is complimentary for guests). It lies 4 minutes' drive from Dania Beach town centre and near the Anne Kolb Nature Center, Port Everglades and the Las Olas Riverfront area with its restaurants, bars and nightspots (15 minutes' drive). It is 10 minutes to the Museum of Discovery and Science, 11 minutes to Fort Lauderdale and the Buehler Planetarium and Hollywood Beach are 12 minutes away by car. Butterfly World is a 25-minute drive and the Everglades Holiday Park is 30 minutes from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 7-storey building with a lift and 168 rooms. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. A baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a babysitting service, a transfer service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. A desk is provided. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer is also provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including tennis, golf, snorkelling, a gym, callisthenics, aerobics and a spa.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a breakfast room and a café. Bed and breakfast can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.

    Non existent Customer Service!

    We checked in, WiFi didn’t work, phone didn’t work, front desk couldn’t explain. 2 hours after check in another party opened our door, wanted to know why we were in their room, we explained we checked in hours ago. Maintenance walked in without knocking, the housekeeping early this morning say we had checked out. Somehow, our credit card number was shared with the Ft Meyers Marriott and we had $400 in fraudulent charges, when we attempted to speak with the Manager Sebastian Toro he was on the phone and too busy to speak with us. DO NOT STAY HERE

    I'm writing this review because I was concerned about staying here after reading bad reviews here. Our stay was fantastic! The hotel was very clean and the room was updated and comfortable. Only the bathroom seemed not updated but still very clean. Front desk staff were very nice. Included breakfast was very busy but was good. Pool is heated and the kids had fun swimming. Location is great also, lots of restaurants/shopping within walking distance. We stayed only one night, but would definitely stay again.     Very nice hotel and will be staying again

    I loved everything about this hotel. The beds were super comfortable, the staff were nice & professional. Plenty of options with the continental breakfast (and they have tip boxes so bring a few bucks with you). The place itself was beautiful, nice scent , and very clean. I will definitely stay here again. Oh and you can walk to shopping areas & restaurants if you would like.     No customer service - horrible experience- not like other Marriott hotels!

    There was an issue with payment used when booking and they cancelled the reservation day of with only an email, no call before cancellation. Arrived with family with no idea they cancelled reservation and had no rooms available. The team there including manager did nothing to help my family and left us standing in the lobby dumbfounded while the app showed I still had a reservation and not that it was cancelled. They did nothing to help us find a room and didn’t seem to care at all. Horrible representation of the Marriott brand. I’ll never book a stay there again.     Always a good experience here, even though it's a very busy hotel, you are well taken care of. Staff are friendly and caring. The lady who does the breakfast and luggage is absolutely wonderful. Even came out to pool area while we were eating breakfast and offered us pastries. She is the heartbeat of this hotel. Front desk staff are very nice. Lots of close by restaurants to walk to, or getting an Uber anywhere is super fast. The lady who books the shuttles to the cruises is also so nice. We signed up when we got there for the first shuttle the next day. Then the day of cruise, you pay and get your tickets. You can also book for pickup after your cruise to come back to hotel or airport. Shuttle on cruise day was a big bus and very well organized. $20 per person each way, cash only. Ask for a room, that is not facing the highway as you are right on the I-95. Pool could use a little upgrade. Breakfast is pretty darn good. The only thing I didn't like was being given a room on main floor. I feel we were given this room as we booked a package with jetbluevacations.com. We are Marriott Bonvoy members, but they said that was all that was available. Oh well, saved us from the elevators. Rooms are nice and big and clean. This is our third time staying here before a cruise.
