    Stayed at the hotel for Valentine’s Day with my wife. Lovely big bed. Lovely shower. All been remodelled. We’ll worry the stay.

    Arrived on Friday Room was nothing at all like pictures on line. One tiny table between the beds. That's it. No other furniture in the whole room. Moldy refrigerator on the floor in the corner. Small TV on a wall that couldn't be seen from bed.Only one door on shower, water went every where. Explains bottom door rotted out. Small pedestal sink, no room to even set toothbrush. Would never recommend.

    The room was dirty, damp, and riddled with mold and funk! I don't know who is giving this place more than the base minimum of a 1-star rating! This is, by far, the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! I walked from the bed to the bathroom in brand new white socks and they were filthy afterwards! The air quality in the room is awful due to the dampness, mold and mildew throughout! And they've screwed every window shut!Plus, my booking was set to pay at the hotel, but the hotel attempted to charge my card 3 days before the reservation date! Why is that allowed when there's an option to cancel 24 hours before? I emailed them to ask why they were trying to charge me beforehand and they never responded. I'm glad my bank stopped the transaction. The Drift Hotel has nothing to offer other than a great location within walking distance to lots of tourist traps, restaurants, and the beach. So, stay at your own risk!

    Black mold everywhere

    Dirty filthy rooms. Black mold everywhere in the shower. Baseboards as well and dirty chip walls everywhere. I know what black grout looks like . It was once light gray grout ..Management could care less. That's why I'm posting this. Next time take care of your customers and protect their health.
