    I am currently in room 1533 and it smells terrible. Shower did not work while I was in a rush to get dressed for family dinner. It was like a presbyterian baptism sprinkle. The toilet wouldn’t flush I assume it was due to all the people taking showers and flushing the toilet at 5:30pm. As the night went on It did get better after a plessent call to front desk. I go to get in bed tonight and I guess westin ft. lauderdale can’t afford queen size sheets sets so at least 2 feet of my sheet is short not tuck in. WTF! I’m an educated women spending a lot of money staying here thinking this Westin is exceptional like wilmington delaware is WRONG! If you are a traveler like I am and want quality please seek another Hotel Conrad or Hilton property I am very disappointed in this place. Hope to change rooms or check out in the AM. Thanks for the nice Receptionist and free breakfast in the AM but I was spoiled on my last Westin experience I probably want be staying with a westin again. I just don’t know what i’m getting!     Worst Hotel in Marriott History

    As a highest level Ambassador Marriott customer who usually gets excellent service I experienced an unsatisfactory experience at this Westin with providing no heat with a 35 degree temperature outside as there is no heat available as well as a complete water shutdown with no toilet and sink water to wash and when I called the staff yelled and were abusive after I asked when the water would go on since the the county shut it off when I was there and they hung up on me and asked me to go elsewhere after they were arrogant.They also had dirty stained carpets and the rooms were not maintained and they had a problem replacing toilet paper The worst stay out of close to 2000 nights at this company.I am a legacy Westin Guest and this is my only bad review as the others were good or better and was the only unsatisfactory stay at a Marriott property.Do not stay here under any circumstances as you will be extremely disappointed .All other Marriott hotels we have been to are Fantastic and provide an Excellent experience

    Don’t normally write bad reviews, but very disappointed in this hotel. The lobby seemed nice, but the rooms felt dirty and dated and overpriced. Should not be a Westin hotel. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time.

    It was a nice hotel with great pool area and gym. The hotel was clean and had ample free parking which was great. The room had a very musty smell to it which was very unfortunate and quite off putting to be honest. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was very nice.

    Not what we were expecting for the price. Hole and stains in carpet. No chair besides desk chair to sit in. Made if very uncomfortable
