    This was probably really nice--in the '80s

    The resort property was pretty nice. Well kept grounds, pool area, etc. What was surprising was the age and wear on the guest suites. Very old, very worn out. The dishwasher required repair, a panel on the lower cabinets just fell off one day, the refrigerator vibrated and hummed and so much more. It's unfortunate that the management has failed to properly invest in the facilities because I'm sure it was beautiful, maybe a couple of decades ago. We won't book here again.

    We were assigned room 7303B in the Osprey Building. Our floor did not have a “down” button for the elevator. More importantly, when I stepped into the shower, I slipped and fell, injuring my leg and shoulder. I noticed a slimy film on the shower floor. As more time passed, I realized the drain was clogged and the water was not draining, causing the shower to fill with water.I called the front desk to report that I had fallen and that the shower was not draining. They said they would send someone up. When the technician arrived, he informed me that he could pour chemicals down the drain, but no one would be able to use the shower for a few hours. As a result, my children were unable to shower.

    The service was good only thing is that housekeeping didn’t clean the days we stayed there. Also, the beds and sofa beds the mattress were a bit thin not as thick and if you move it would make a sound. Also, we stayed in Unit A&B and the A one was bigger than the B and had more space and a bigger bathroom and room. Also, in Unit A you could change temp of the AC but not in B it was automatically at 68. But other than that it was good the pool was fantastic and the water was just right and they had music playing and they gave out free cotton candy for everyone and the grills were gas and you have to bring everything else for it. That is the kind of experience we love creating! We do sincerely apologize for the housekeeping not servicing your rooms during your stay. That is something that should never happen and we are passing that directly to our team. We also hear you on the thin mattresses and the noise and on the differences between Unit A and B including the AC controls. That kind of inconsistency between connected units is something we want to address and your detailed feedback helps us do exactly that.     Great Value For the Money

    The property is very very nice. The value was exceptional for the room. We stayed 2 nights and it was a full 1 bedroom condo with a kitchen. It is an event at Registration and then going to find where your condo is. The gentleman at the front desk did direct me to the wrong building so it was time consuming as I had to go hunt down my room in another building. Our bathroom sinks were both clogged which housekeeping should of flagged that repair before we went to the room. Also, the air conditioner was loud when it turned on and off all night. I could sleep in the bedroom with both doors closed but my friend who had the sofa could not sleep due to the noise every 15 minutes all night. Also, this property needs to be drug free. The people below use were heavy marijuana users and the smoke just rose up from their balcony to ours so we couldn't go outside as they were smoking in the morning and at night. I did complain about this but they said they really did not have a policy about drug use on the balconies. Lastly, on checkout morning as I was trying to leave at 7am, all the luggage carts were gone. Apparently it is a thing there that people put the luggage carts in their rooms the night before and keep them all night. That is not fair. It should be first come first serve. Management needs to handle this issue as there were a lot of elderly people struggling to get their things into the cars and elevator. It took me 3 trips up and down the elevator to get my things into my vehicle. Very very time consuming and I'm handicapped as well. Here is a solution: put a GPS on all these carts and fine these people bigtime who keep these luggage carts in their room all night. That will stop this problem. Anyway, on a positive note, the room was a truly great value and the pool was beautiful. Poolside offered tons of chairs, umbrellas, towels, free water and lemonade, and for awhile free ice coffee. Your luggage cart suggestion is genuinely practical and we are passing it along to our management team along with all of your other feedback. You deserved a smooth and comfortable experience from start to finish and we fell short.     All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Eduardo in Ibis and John Lopez in Crane go above and beyond to help any way they can. The front desk staff remain patient and kind, even when they are dealing with rude guests. The pool staff do a great job with entertainment and keeping the area clean and organized. Their friendly greetings each day at the towel area always made me smile. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. As mentioned in other reviews, they are very dated. We will be back!
