    If this particular Wyndham hotel is within your desired budget and you are going to the cruise port, then book it. We had a Disney Cruise on the Destiny leaving from the Port Everglades and this hotel is conveniently located and we successfully used the free shuttle from the airport.We used the free hotel shuttle van from FLL airport to the hotel. We didn't use the shuttle van from the hotel to the cruise port. I preferred uber/lyft.I called the hotel/shuttle line as soon as I got to the curb, walked 3 minutes to the waiting area, and the shuttle van was already in line behind other shuttles. So there was essentially no wait for me personally in the early morning. The shuttle waiting post is right by the uber/lyft area, so you can easily change your mind if you want.My spouse waited no more than 3 mins later in the day. My siblings arrived around 6-7 pm which was quite busy. They must have just missed a shuttle. So they waited about 25-30 minutes for the next shuttle. They got on, but other people behind them had to wait since their shuttle got full.The ride from the airport to the hotel was about 8 minutes. It was free, just keep some dollars on you for tip since the driver does load and unload suitcases for passengers.The front desk lady, the one with salt and pepper hair, is super friendly. The other lady was not as friendly. Anyways, the front desk staff allowed me to store my suitcase in their office since I arrived around 9 am and official check in isn't until 3 pm. I planned on ready by the pool for a couple hours and unfortunately it doesn't look as nice as photos. The pool is right next to the parking lot. There are umbrellas but they are wrapped up on the floor probably due to wind. It looked stark and a bit sad, so I ended up getting an uber to a bakery and then to Dania Beach (go under the pier if you don't have an umbrella for shade) while I waited to check in. They called but moved on to the next person on the waitlist since I was about 20 mins away. I ended up checking in about 1 hour early which I was pleased with.The room and bed were very clean. The tub had a patched crack. I appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, body wash pumps in the shower. Don't try going to the sports bar that is north at night. There was no nearby street light/cross walk when you go north. You might as well go south, cross the street at the light, then go north. I saw a group of people run across the busy street at night. It's unsafe, don't do that.Instead just go the the fish restaurant that is south of the Wyndham and is only one or two small blocks away. The fish and chips, soft shell crab, and calamari appetizer were all excellent.     Nice room but the staff at the front desk when I checked in where wonderful..Asondra was very friendly. I had a leak in my first room so she and Eduardo took care of everything by switching rooms for me.     Very poor condition. Needs renovation badly Moldy shower curtain & loud traffic noise . No elevator available from the parking areas to the hotel . You have to walk down the parking ramps.
