    Our stay was amazing!! Wanted to give the biggest shoutout to Tita Lea that does housekeeping on the 14th floor!! Everyday she made sure the room was clean and made sure all amenities were stocked. It’s so nice to come back to a clean room after a long day of activities. She was super sweet and whenever we saw her in the hall she’d ask if we needed anything, truly the most accommodating staff member! Everyone else was great and friendly but she took extra care of us and the room which made the trip that much more enjoyable!! I hope she gets a raise she rocks! THANK YOU LEA!!!

    We enjoyed another wonderful vacation at the Wakiki Hyatt Centric. Everything from the check-in experience, to the spacious rooms and pool rec area was excellent. We always enjoy spending time at this great property. Location is the best.

    This modern hotel was exceptionally clean, with fresh air throughout the property, and our room was wonderfully quiet and relaxing — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us great sleep every night. We also loved the spacious, spa‑like shower room, complete with a Toto toilet.A special thank‑you to Anastasia at the front desk, who made our stay even better. She kindly upgraded us to an ocean‑view room and shared helpful local tips, including where to find delicious poke nearby. She even provided a band‑aid when I had a small cut before heading to the beach — such thoughtful service.In addition to the incredibly convenient location, we really appreciated the beach amenities. Having beach chairs and towels provided made our beach days completely effortless and enjoyable.Overall, everything about our stay was smooth, welcoming, and memorable. We will definitely return on our next visit to Waikiki.

    We stayed in an ocean view suite and couldn’t really see much of the ocean. It shouldn’t be called as such. More like a glimpse of the ocean. Clean and above average size suit though. No help from the concierge with the luggage. Front desk said we were going to receive a message when our second room was ready but never received a text. Water pressure from the shower was great
