    Great location, but rough around the edges

    Location was great. Close to beach and right on one of the main streets with access to great restaurants. The hotel itself is quite old and our rooms were in rough shape. There was a stove in the room, but it was not in a condition you would even consider using. Duck tape on curtains. Everything was just in poor shape. The photos on the listing make it look better than in real life. Good value? Hard to say. It was definitely a lot cheaper than staying in one of the hotels right on Waikiki, but you are definitely going to feel the difference. If you are the type of person that likes to lounge in your hotel and sit by the pool, this isn't the one for you. If you could overlook the flaws, it has a great location, if you didn't mind evening noise, as it is on a busy street. We didn't mind, as we were so tired at the end of the day, we just fell asleep. On a plus side, the staff were really friendly and I do think they genuinely made an effort to do the best with what they were working with. The owner definitely needs to put some money into this place before it falls apart. I would say, if you are looking for a budget-style hotel close to the action, this is definitely passable. We still had a great trip.

    Worst Hotel Ever!!

    Worst hotel ever!! They don't put clean sheets on the bed.. I had a room with two double beds and one of them had fresh blood stains on the bed sheets so I pulled it down and the other sheet also had another big brown stain on it.. The plugs didn't work good and wouldn't charge my cell phone!The table was dirty, so I let front desk know and she tells me sorry!! I would not recommend to anyone!!

    Recommend that don't reserve this hotel because it is lousy room and bathroom especially shower not enough hot water! And the bedsheets didn't clean for 3 days!

    Gross rooms, hidden fees, unfriendly staff. WiFi did not work. Rooms were in bad condition. Had to pay $50 a night for forced valet service

    Filthy bathroom with mold on the tiles. The receptionist was indifferent, and check-in took over an hour. From the check in the reception was very rude and aggressive. There is hidden fees $35 daily top of your bill.
