  We stayed at this hotel January 2026, and requested a bottom floor when we arrived. We were questioned heavily and the attendant kept looking out the window to check our vehicle. He questioned him heavily about needing a bottom floor. Eventually, we were accommodated and given a bottom floor.. The chain lock on the door was broken so all be could use was the dead bolt. The room was very dirty. There was only a top sheet on the bed. My husband had to get another sheet from the office to have a bottom sheet. The office did not have any other sheets do the attendant took one off another bed from a different room. At 1:07 am, the office attendant came and banged on our door. He woke us up so abruptly and rudely. We had three grandbabies in the room with us. It was so scary. The kids woke up all worried and scared. My husband was screaming at him through the door to not come into the room as the attendant was trying to open our door with a scan card. My husband opened the curtain and asked what he wanted. He hollored “come to the office now”. We watched him walk to the office and made sure he was by himself and actually going to the office. We were so scared and concerned. My husband got dressed and went to the office and apparently they did not have us in that room in the computer. Very bad business. We were there for the Houston Marathon and this made our stay miserable. We could not go back to sleep for hours. My husband was so mad and frustrated. The grandkids were scared and nervous and they kept saying “what if they come back and come into our room”. It was an aweful experience. Then the next morning for the free breakfast, the only options were two kinds of stale cereal and sour milk. This was a terrible experience. When we complained, the hotel manager offered us a $5.00 coupon off a close by Mexican restaurant. Totally ridiculous! I am so disappointed and recommend you do not stay at this hotel and we will never stay at this hotel again.   Great hotel , especially for the price!

  Room was very clean with all amenities needed. We had cereal for breakfast which was nice. Staff were friendly Free parking with lots of spaces. We got in a local tram into downtown where we had dinner.Great stay !

  Clean room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Great place to "crash" after a concert. We live out of the city and go to concerts at White Oak Music Hall. This location is great. It's a short uber ride there and back.

  Very nice room clean. Wish it would have been a little more quiet, but I understand the expressway is just right there. Overall I enjoyed my stay, I will be booking the same room again on my next trip come April or May.

  The exterior makes it look like a very cheap hotel, but my stay was actually much better than I expected. Good bed, good shower, good TV (even though I am not used to watching TV). Bring ear buds because the AC is noisy and the nearby freeway. I think it was decent value for money.
