    The Asian woman at the front desk needs to be fired or else they’ll be loosing business. She’s rude and inconsiderate purposefully. I wouldn’t have anyone like that working at a business I had with patrons expecting hospitality.     No housekeeping for a three night stay

    Stayed three nights, and no housekeeping whatsoever. No emptying trash cans, no cleaning, no new linens, no new towels. Does the website say there won’t be any housekeeping - NO. Is there a reduction in price for no housekeeping- NO. When I asked on the second day about cleaning our room, the manager just gave a poor excuse about being a small town. That’s just bogus, as the hotel next door does daily housekeeping. On the first day, a Do Not Disturb (DND) sign was placed outside your room. When a DND sign is displayed, our team respects our guests’ privacy and does not knock or enter the room.On the second day, as per your request, our housekeeping team attended your room. However, there were several personal belongings placed on the bed. In accordance with our housekeeping policy, staff members are instructed not to move or handle guests’ personal items. As a result, the bed was not serviced. That said, your towels were replaced, the room was vacuumed, and the bathroom was cleaned.We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our services.     The hotel is convenient stop on the way to Fredericksburg right off I-10 before reaching road going north towards Austin.     The shower had not been cleaned in a while. Several used bars of soap still in the shower. No hot water. The air conditioning was subpar at best.
