  The receptionist was very efficient, helpful & friendly. I think her name was Jin?? The security guard was also helpful & friendly. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean & functional. The price was competitive and the location was very convenient (easy on/off freeway), quiet and felt safe. Unlike the majority of hotels & lodging options downtown, parking here was on-site and affordable.

  I have used this property many times, and I keep coming back because of their performance. The biggest reason has been location, location, and location, with the quality of the rooms, and services coming in right behind it. Until the last stay I would recommend them to anyone, having never found anything badly wrong with it. But, on my last visit they no longer offer free parking, which is the end of my business relationship with them.If this property were some kind of tower, in the center of the city, I’d expect to pay for parking. It’s not. It’s well on the edge of downtown far enough away that a guest isn’t expecting parking charges. This is a very bad practice, which is another way of advertising a lower rate than the guest is going to pay. It’s impossible to believe that very many of their guests don’t bring a car.I cannot say that I haven’t seen this trend in other places where we never paid to park before. They won’t get what they want from me, because I’m committed to look around and find other properties that don’t gouge the customer. Most importantly I don’t want my family or guests confronted with paid parking to come see me. That’s more important than having to pay for parking my own car.They did comp the parking this time because I’m a regular customer, but it still does not relieve the problem of family and friends visiting. I don’t feel I have any options other than stay somewhere else that has free parking. I picked them by choice, but they have lost their luster with this new fee. I do hope they re-think this because the location of the inn does not justify paid parking.I rented two different suites during this stay, and I must say the bedding configuration was unusual. The bigger one had 4 queen sized beds, and one pull-out divan. Most suites everywhere have at least one king size bed. Later in my stay, wanting to use my points, I moved into a smaller suite with an equally unusual bedding arrangement. All of that stuff looked great, and was working as designed. It is annoying that I can only use my loyalty points on certain smaller rooms. It’s also unfair that the property has to absorb the cost of stays using points, as it really should be reimbursed by corporate who is awarding them. The guest should be able to select any room where the better ones cost more points than the lesser ones.Their breakfast has always been diverse, and generous, and a shade better than similarly priced name-brand roadside inns across this land. They have a rich complement of toppings for your oatmeal, or waffle, and it's almost as good as IHOP.I would recommend them to anybody if you don’t mind the parking hassles. It’s a clean place with courteous people where all furniture and fixtures are in new and working condition. The only thing they might do better is to add a pantry like many other hotels, and forget the vending machines.

  Rooms and hallways were clean. Great front desk customer service. Breakfast was excellent..It had a variety of different items.

  My husband and I had a fantastic time and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They even found my earrings I left on the floor of the room after we checked out. The pool is beautiful and the hot tub was amazing. The location is perfect for being in downtown while not being in the middle of all the traffic as well. I can not say enough good things about my stay. Thank you so much!
