Horrible ,I am currently trying to reach management and they’re never there . I stayed there for the weekend - car was broken into and personal items were taken. The front desk lady from the next day seemed lost on even what to do .

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. First, someone hit my car in the parking lot, causing $2,000 in damages, and the hotel’s security cameras were so low-quality that they couldn’t even read the license plate of the car that hit me. There was nothing I could do about it. Then, my wife had a necklace stolen during our stay.This was all after spending $1,500 for a two-week stay. When I contacted the hotel about these issues, they sent me a generic placeholder response telling me to stay there again—completely unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel again and strongly recommend others avoid it as well.

NIGHTMARE! Asst MGR performed carpet and sofa cleaning while I was away and without notice. The carpet and sofa was wet and with distinct smell. Asst mgr claimed they can go in anytime for maintenance. I asked why did they book us a room that will be shampood. They refused to transfer us to a dry room because carpet will eventually dry out according to asst mgr. Ended up leaving for another hotel. Asst Mgr threatened no refund will be issued...

Vary clean, neat, and convenient hotel. I will definitely be staying here if I have to be in Humble again. The staff was very helpful on suggesting good places to eat. Rooms were very neat, clean, and comfortable. Easy access to local shopping and dining.

Nice Hotel but Road Construction is a Problem

Nice hotel with a decent breakfast offered. Avoid staying on the 1st floor where you will get to hear diesel engines starting early in the morning. The experience will dramatically improve when construction on FM1960 is completed but access will still be limited to the Northwest bound local lanes of FM1960.
