    Checked in late. Gentleman at the desk was very prompt and friendly. Room was nice and clean. Had pillows that did not make my neck hurt. Room was very cold when we arrived. I like to sleep in a cold room.

    We booked this hotel because of great reviews on Trip Advisor. You only can believe what you experienceRm. 302, light by chair didn't work. Floor was dirty, walked around the room barefoot less than 5 mins and went in shower and all the dirt showed in the shower from my feet. Hair all around the front of toilet bowl. Door lock plunger bracket top screw missing. Tile floor in bathroom sticky so I washed it with the floor towel and went to front desk to replace it. When you sit or lay on the bed it would make a metal thump. It had a sheet metal platform as a box spring. Head board looked dirty.I was looking forward to the breakfast but a total disappointment. Waffle appliance under cooked the waffles. Sausage totally under cooked. Tater tots under cooked by a long shot and cold. Scrambled eggs way to much water. Coffee was good. No common tea selection available.

    Just ok. Very hard uncomfortable beds, dirty carpet in rooms and hallway, white sock were grey within half and hour. Dark room, not enough lighting. Sticky bathroom floor. Room is showing ware and tear. Poor house keeping, they put in new towels and supplies but that was about all, they didn't clean the sink, make the bed or vacuum the floor. Noisy non functioning fan left the bathroom very steamy. They didn't fill requests or handle problems. Staff would just say it's an old building. I pickup up stuff from the floor in several areas when we arrived. The room was smell slightly moldy and dusty when you entered. Not clean smelling. Microwave inside was not clean. No regular coffee in the room, just decaf. The TV you can't use for basic things, you need two controls and several steps to make it work, with no instructions in the room. The worst TV ever traveling. Some very friendly staff and others very rude. Breakfast was the usual things, but good and they did have fresh fruit. Non service dog inside, even though they claim no dogs. Overall not a good experience. They don't seem to try much or care much.

    There was no complementary coffee available for the guests. Coffee is inexpensive and keeps me coming back to stay again

    No complaints, room was very clean, outdoor spa was nice. The gentleman at the front desk was genuinely friendly and helpful. Texas seems to have wonderful hospitality throughout! Good price. It’s a good spot to stay if traveling west on interstate 10, you’re on the west side of Houston and there isn’t any traffic in the morning when you leave and continue west.
