    This place is nasty. Our entire 3rd floor smelled like weed. The riom had a musty smell as well.     excellent service evening clerk was very nice let us change rooms when microwave oven didn't work we had to stay extra day didn't have any problems good hotel good prices I highly recommend it will return at a later date

    The desk clerk were very friendly. The lobby was very clean and the room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. So far this is the best hotel we have stayed in since we have been traveling to Houston. We will be back in July and will be making reservations to stay there.

    Easy access from the I-10 corridor, this location is spotless clean, friendly staff, immaculate FREE laundry facilities, weight room, unbelievable rooms with kitchen, couch, recliner, and a spotless bathroom... dishes, microwave, stove, sink, full size refrigerator...etc... and ICE COLD A/C...4 very nice eateries within a very short walk or a 2 minute drive...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...You won't regret it... a GREAT LOCATION!

    2 midweek nights here (Tues - Thurs) after our arrival into nearby IAH airport. Our ‘efficiency’ suite was booked on ‘Reward Nights’ using IHG loyalty points. Quick pleasant check in. A $10 refundable cash deposit is required ‘in case of breakages’. Our ‘Studio King’ was on level 3 and quite well equipped for self catering as no meals are provided here. There is no daily housekeeping service. It was clean, with a nice sofa and an armchair that had seen better days. Kitchenette had a Large fridge/freezer, microwave, double electric hob & dishwasher. Coffee maker, safe, good aircon & free Wi-fi. Minimal crockery & cutlery available. Big comfy bed. Walk in shower (no bath), decent towels, hairdryer (poor) There is free coffee & fruit in reception and a ‘mini mart’ to buy essentials. By reception there is a gym and laundry & ice machine. There were a lot of work pickups in the car park, so I guess many guests are long stay. The property is in a suburb and has No pool. There are local amenities nearby. We ate at Luby’s , which was ok.
