    Not a bad stay. It’s not really out of the way but it seems like parking could be a challenge at times ( lots of semi’s around). Had the room prepaid but it’s a good thing we checked in before returning to our in laws because we got the last first floor king room. Only issue was no tub. Room was clean and water was plentifully hot. Breakfast was also the usual fare, eggs (scrambled and hard boiled), toast, bagel (no cream cheese), waffles , cereal, yogurt, etc. would definitely stay again! It is so very pretty and with I45 right beside us it is a fast on and off the freeway just without all the road noise. This location offers so many wonderful things so close Fun, Food, and so much more are just right here. We are freshly renovated as of March 2024, and each department keeps us as pretty as opening day. Each and every staff member I have work hard every day to keep the hotel as beautiful as it can be, and making it the best Comfort Inn in this area. Sorry the King and Suites have the showers, and the Double Queens and ADA Queens are the ones with tubs.We hope to see you again soon,Staci VinsonComfort Inn Conroe

    Make sure housekeeping working!

    Room not cleaned second day..no clean towels etc. Bathroom door stuck bad. Dirty washcloth in room towels.. towel bar broken.. breakfast no muffins put back out ..front desk girl didnt know who manager was.. and said housekeeping didnt work that day?! I sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay, including the room not being cleaned, housekeeping oversights, maintenance problems with the bathroom door and towel bar, and the breakfast service shortcomings.     We stayed at the Comfort Inn on Interstate 45S in Conroe, Texas for 3 days in October 2024. Our stay was very pleasant & would highly recommend this hotel. Kelsey & Jay were very nice, professional & helpful. The pool was wonderful and the breakfast was good.

    I posted this review for the wrong Comfort Inn so am posting it here for the correct one.May 2024Stayed here for 10 days while responding to floods. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Sherry at the desk was outstanding, friendly, and went out of her way to help. If a problem was reported she immediately tried to remedy it. The only issue we had was that our key had to be changed every day because the lock needed new batteries. The conditioner dispenser holder was broken but we didn't report that. Housekeeping was not as efficient as it could have been, not leaving regular coffee when only decaf was there.Location also close to many restaurants and I Hop next doorOverall this is a very clean, easily accessible from the highway and friendly hotel.I will stay there again if in the area.

    Somehow I figured I could handle a stay here even with all the negative reviews, “I Thought Wrong”! You deserve what you get if you book this hotel disregarding the reviews. This hotel is not as advertised.It’s a crime how they dressed the outside up, the interior was lipsticked! You will notice after awhile the flaws, and shortcut construction, cleanliness.
