    Staff Broke My Daughters Heart

    My daughter and I stayed here for one night. We were not thrilled with the smell, humidity/heat inside, the ants, trash in the hallways, broken ice machine/printer/TV, nasty carpet, etc., but we dealt with it. However, my daughter left her VERY important, large stuffy in the room and when I returned to get it from lost and found they didn’t have it. I came back and requested to look at the lobby and hallway footage with the manager, which did prove that we didn’t leave with the large stuffy, which was too big to fit in her bag, and it was 100% left in the room. Now, basically the final response we’ve received is that it must have vanished into thin air 🤷🏻‍♂️.We’ve had to endure a broken heart, lots of tears, and sleepless nights because of the carelessness of staff at this hotel 💔. The really sad thing is that if I had access to all the footage I would be able to figure out what happened to this beloved stuffy, but this seems to be too much of an ask. Something is fishy about all this, and I’m guessing there is something they don’t want me to see/know from the footage. Please stay somewhere else.

    Awful. Stay somewhere else. Dirty, gloomy, minimal amenities. No breakfast even though advertised. Staff not helpful.

    DO NOT STAY HERE!

    DO NOT STAY HERE! I was supposed to stay for three weeks on an extended stay for business but had to cut my trip short and only stayed 2 nights. I let the front desk know I would be checking out the next morning. They charged my credit card anyway for the entire stay. They won't return my calls so I have had to get both my credit card company and the Texas Attorney General involved.

    Customer service was terrible the lady at the front desk was very rude. The hotel shower was dirty I shower with my crocs on it looked like it had never been clean and there was mold in the shower. The pillows were flat on the bed.The couch was missing a cushion. We had also booked it for the weekend which was 2 nights. Before we even got there we called ahead to make sure we didn’t have to pay for that Friday night since it Saturday morning (we got there at 1 in the morning on Saturday)and the lady told us no we would be fine and we could check in early. On what was supposed to be our last night we were told that we had to pay for another night, when the other lady told us that we didn’t. We spoke with the hotel manager and she didn’t know how to explain to us nor was willing to fix the issue. We showed receipts and all and still were not able to stay our second night. We also had to ask for towel and there was also no toilet paper in the room nor did the tv remote work.

    Terrible management house keeper was sent to clean my room when I was gone but didn’t clean it and left my door wide open my room was left how it was in the morning and the bathroom had towels thrown all over the floor and I didn’t do that and since my room was left open from housekeeping someone went in there went in my bag and stole my ipad out of there.
