  Excellent hotel to stay!

  Excellent, convenient location. Room is spacious, clean & comfortable. The lobby had a facelift with nicer decor as I’ve been staying here for years every time my husband & I come to Houston. The front desk staff is pleasant & welcoming guests, especially Charles. Overall, this is our home away from home. I would highly recommend to everyone!   Big clean rooms

  One of the things a like the most is the bed was soft and the room was clean. It was very quiet and I was able to sleep very well.Front desk was very nice and my son enjoyed the pool. The hotel was close to the Galleria and a walking distance to Amazon, Target, Walmart and other big stores.   Disrepair & bad neighborhood

  We had a family group in 6 rooms. All rooms had disrepair. Our's in particular had holes in walls, missing baseboard, mold on several wall areas at floor level, toilet was molded under toilet seat rim, & worst of all.... numerous homeless people hanging out in parking lot. Sirens were going on all through the 6 days staying here. This place isn't worth the price. Pay a little extra & stay in a cleaner hotel in better neighborhood. Staff was very nice; but due to the location & disrepair, I would not recommend this establishment.   Don’t stay here, you’ll regret it.

  Where should I even start? This place is awful. The hallway has a questionable smell. The towels appeared to be dirty. I’d love to say they were just stained but stains still move with the fabric instead of remain stiff as a board as a few spots on one of the towels was. The tub had an odd bowing on the bottom which was covered with a mat or possibly a terrible patch job. There was plenty of rust in the tub as well. The sink faucet had spit marks and grime. Both the mechanism that reads the key card and the TV remote had drizzles of what looked like chocolate ice cream on them. The pullout sofa felt like it was 20 years old and padded with nothing but springs. The king sized bed had a comforter that was terribly ripped in multiple places. There continental breakfast was just as bad as the rest of the place. They have Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches BUT the microwave gave them an off putting taste. I’ve had these kinds of breakfast sandwiches before and they taste decent in my own microwave. They have bagels but no cream cheese. The safer options are Cheerios, Raisin Bran, and a few types of oatmeal. The ONLY positive thing about this place is the folks at the front desk and the fact that there is a security guard at night. I don’t believe he makes any rounds though. All in all we will not be staying here in the future and I would never recommend anyone else stay here as well.
