    We stayed at days Inn and suites in Webster Texas. The stay was great. Pool was nice. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and made usfeel very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.     Great hotel to get away. Excellent accommodations, clean, comfortable bed. Excellent staff, especially Deven. One of the few hotels with an indoor pool. Love the ceiling fan in the rooms as well. Great location, close to NASA and lots great restaurants.     My experience with Days Inn & Suites @ NASA (and, in extension Booking.com) was highly concerning and serves as a warning to those considering booking at this location. Communication before arrival was difficult and due to the nature of my travel situation, communication with this location required clear communication and customer care. Upon check-in there was only a kiosk with a person on a computer screen with no staff available. It seemed as though the person on the kiosk screen was attempting to support but without a live person to assist, booking and payment issues arose that continued well beyond my stay.The room itself was clean, and the updated renovations were nice, but there was a strange, unidentifiable smell in the bathroom, and the walls in the room are relatively thin (we could hear the people in the room next to us). There were also bugs in the room. This property is more of a motel than a hotel, so rooms have direct access from the street. The breakfast was granola bars. I communicated with the property well after my stay to resolve said issues, but when I requested clarification and an invoice, they failed to share all the necessary information I requested and "ghosted" me once they received what they wanted. Overall, their business practices are questionable, raising concerns about safety, privacy, and transparency.I would not recommend this location. Many of us travel for different reasons, and if budget is a concern (or if you’re loyal to Wyndham and coming from afar) please consider La Quinta instead and book directly or through your credit card's booking portal. They have an operational front desk with a person who can support with concerns, they provide hot breakfast options, the only access is through the front lobby, and the property is well maintained. If others are experiencing issues regarding safety, privacy, and transparency with this business, consider contacting your bank, BBB, and reaching out to the Wyndham company as well, as your situation may warrant further investigation.     I’ll start with the positives. Clean rooms with something very rare: ceiling fan!! Yes we were delighted to see a ceiling fan. The room was very comfortable. Good mattress and pillows but not many pillows. The indoor poor was clean and fun. The negatives. HIGHLY disappointed in the breakfast. We were told it’s “grab and go style”. The grab and go: convenience store packaged donuts, and granola bars. No juice, no bottled water, no fruits, no cereal.
