    Worst hotel experience ever

    I was not spoken to the entire checkin process because the clerk was on his cellphone. I requested late checkout and was told ‘call tomorrow’. The room was not clean, the floor was not swept. There was dirt in the bed when folded back the sheets. The shower only had standing hot water, no warm or cold. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Housekeeping barged into the room the next morning while we were gathering up our things to leave. Overall worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.     Poor Facility by a chain hotel. I was very disappointed.     The worst customer service in my life. Don't take care the customer and the law. They don't know the word respect plus a bad intermet service.     Nightmare- people have some self respect and never ever book this hotel! The hotel staff feels annoyed when guests come because they prefer to make their private phone calls.     Very poor place to stay.

    The night staff was disrespectful and acted like I was bothering him by checking in. The room looked like it was cleaned as long as the maid did not have to bend over. Trash behind the trash can under the sink and trash in the bed side drawer. Mattress was lumpy and saggy. Breakfast was extremely minimal. Very disappointing.
