    Stayed here and deeply regretted it. The middle age white woman at the front desk is the worse person we have never encountered at any hotels. Rude and unprofessional. Her newly hired staff misinformed us about the water bottle and to her, that's our fault. First, she insisted that it was her manager to check us in. Until I described what the person looked like, she said "oh that's the new girl, she doesn't know...". Training your staff properly is your responsibility. And for your record, when you walked out to talk to us, I was hurrying to get back to my room for a call meeting. Not to "run off" with the water bottle as your unprofessional mind assumed. Check your facts and review your camera before accusing customers of any wrongdoing (whenever we passed by the front desk, as you stated it's on camera so review it). You work in customer services and that was how you handle miscommunication and misunderstanding? We didn't bother to argue with her as we saw her attitude. There are many other hotels in the area with courteous staffs just like the one we checked into after leaving this hotel. Returning to this hotel? Not a chance.

    I had to take out my own trash and exchange my own towels for almost a whole week every day. The “breakfast” was terrible. Honestly, it would’ve been better just putting wafflemakers out there. Only positive is friendly staff and clean rooms

    Clean and friendly staff with good suite layout and solid shower. Convenient to many restaurants and a few grocery stores. Couch setting area and desk set up gave you lots of options to relax at night and to bring food back to the room to enjoy a game on TV. Free breakfast gave enough options to have different items throughout the week. Parking lot well lit and easy access to the beltway.

    Don’t Stay here!

    I came here to stay with my son on October 29th for a baseball tournament. That night my truck was parked right in front of the lobby entrance and my truck was vandalized. They took all my wheels and left it outside on bricks between 530am-6am. I wouldn’t stay here it’s not safe if they did this right in front of the lobby.

    Our room was clean, and my special requests had all been accommodated. However, I was very disappointed to find that this property has "opted out" of some elements of the Bonvoy program, particularly as regards benefits for elite members. I was also disappointed that we found a note on our door on Thanksgiving Day that the housekeeping staff had been given the day off. While I don't mind the gesture per se, I do mind that there was no disclosure of this during the booking, and there was also no credit offered. If a hotel cuts service, they should compensate guests somehow.For management's purposes -- I was in room 405, from Wednesday, November 27 to Saturday, November 30.
