    Gives Hilton a bad name.

    We could not believe this was Hilton. The water was kept running brown. I’ve gotten newer and nicer furniture at a thrift shop. The furniture in the room and the lobby looked like they got it off the curb. The wall paper was peeling off the wall. We The person at the front desk was unapologetic but let us view another room to see if we wanted to change rooms. It had the same old stained furniture so it wasn’t worth it. And this place was not cheap. We should have asked for our money back. We were there for a family funeral and so that was our priority. I’m posting because people need to know.

    Bad look for Hilton

    I was scheduled to stay for a week and a half, but hotel water was brown when I checked in and problem continued overnight so I check out and moved to Marriott in Sugarland. Water problem was reportedly caused by City of Missouri City. That said, the hotel manager was very unsympathetic to the problem which I found somewhat irritating. In addition, one of the elevators was not working which would have been a problem if there were more guests in the hotel. My room also needed some deferred maintenance work. The best thing I can say is that hotel refunded me for my one-night stay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel given numerous options nearby.

    Girls Getaway Fun Filled Fling Thing

    This was a girls trip of 10 ladies. Our dates were April 17-19. We decided to stay there because of the great proximity to shopping and good food. The rooms were spotless, the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Totally enjoyed the breakfast, not continental either. Michael was on duty when we got there. He was friendly, patient and very accommodating to us. We asked if it was okay to occupy the dining area around 8:30pm, as a group we wanted to hang out and play board games for a while. He gave us the okay. We also wanted to have a few refreshments and snacks (nachos, popcorn, petit fours & daiquiris). He assisted us with items needed to pull off our girl time event. It wasn’t just him, everyone there were friendly and very accommodating to our group. It felt like a 5-star stay. We all enjoyed and we are currently planning to go back next year. Thank you Michael and crew for an amazing and memorable experience.

    No ice at all....not on any floor. Rude staff when asked about it. Said they only work weekends and that they "dont own the hotel". Breakfast was average. Property is old and shower leaked with lots of maintenance issues. Won't be back and can't recommend

    I came here for a business trip. I wasn’t really impressed with the hotel after staying for several days. When I decided to write I review I looked what people wrote and the first few were amazing and I was like: am I looking at the same hotel!?!?! Turns out that the good reviews are up front while the less favorable down. In my opinion: The hotel can become wonderful as it has potential. Carpets are old and there are different smells everywhere. Room service doesn’t come daily unless you personally request it. Staff don’t seem passionate about good service. Breakfast is okay and as expected. Anyway, disappointing experience.
