    Avoid This Hotel

    If you like snarky comments, discriminatory conduct, hostile stares, and surprise charges showing up on your bill even after confirming with the front desk supervisor that they wouldn’t, this is the place to be.During my stay, multiple staff members displayed the above behaviors when a problem arose. Their attitudes were so dismissive and unprofessional that I felt like I was in a satire TV show. It is truly disheartening, knowing that as a hotel guest at a major chain you can be treated this way.More concerning was the billing issue. On the day of checkout, I confirmed with the front desk supervisor that no additional charges that we discussed previously would occur. Despite this assurance, a charge was later posted after I had already left the property. I also did not receive an updated receipt until I specifically asked about the charge.Finally, if you notice any paper-printed signs taped at the front desk during check-in that seem a bit unusual, you may want to take a closer look, as they are non-compliant with the law.1. Management mentioned “Service Animals Certification required”. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, there is no such thing as ADA certification for service animals.2. Businesses cannot require documentation or certification for service animals under 28 CFR § 36.302(c)(6) and Texas Human Resources Code § 121.003.     I was greeted by a happy person, and I was able to get to my room quickly. To my delight, the room was spacious, clean and smelled fresh. The amenities were also clean which is always a plus. The hotel was close to everywhere I needed to be and a Starbucks! I truly enjoyed my stay here.     Need strong air freshener in the lobby

    I received a message that I needed to stop by the front desk upon arrival. At 2pm, I walk in, and the lady at the front desk tells me that she can't tell me what's wrong or what additional information she needs until 3pm. I gather my things and sit in the lobby until it's 3pm. The lobby area smells of chemicals and an overall unpleasant odor, I recommend some febreeze or something that smells more welcoming and inviting to travelers. At 3pm, I walk up to the desk, and there wasn't anything out of the ordinary with my reservation other than she needed another credit card and for me to sign something. She gives me a key, and fortunately my room was on the 1st floor, and my key isn't working, so I go back to the front desk again, and she gives me another key, which fortunately worked the second time around. Other than the unpleasant aroma in the lobby, stay was decent.     Didn’t expect such a genuine welcome

    The moment I entered the facility I was promptly acknowledged. The interaction between the Front Desk Representative was not the run of the mill normal type of check-ins. The representative genuinely made me feel welcomed and special. The room was nicely appointed and the amenities were good.throughout my stay, I’d see the representative provide a high level of welcome to all the guests checking in. It’s this level of KINDNESS that should be the norm!!!!     The Hotel was very clean. Good smell. All friendly workers. In a nice area. Breakfast was really good. The hotel was so quiet. Even the elevator was very clean. We will stay at this hotel again.
