This wonderful high-quality hotel is located in the heart of the revitalised city centre of Houston, near a pulsating main street. It lies close to the many events at the Toyota Center, as well as to museums, shops and restaurants.

Facility

The hotel has 1203 rooms, which are located on 24 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room.     We stayed during the Republican convention and the hotel full with guests. The staff was friendly and accommodating the whole inspite of the crush of people. We frequently were blessed to have Terell B as our server in multiple dining venues at the hotel. His friendly welcoming demeanor was a blessing.

    I had another excellent experience at the lobby restaurant. As always, I was impressed by the professionalism and presence of the entire team. Everyone was well-groomed and professionally dressed, which helps create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.I would also like to highlight how clean, organized, and well-maintained everything was. The attention to detail and commitment to providing a great guest experience is evident throughout the restaurant.A special thank you to Ashley and Juliet for the outstanding service they provided. They were friendly, attentive, and professional at all times, making sure everything was perfect during my visit.
