    I was billed for three extra nights past my checkout date, and tried to reach out to the hotel to get it straightened out. When I was unable to get the problem resolved, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. As a Platinum Elite level member with IHG, I am disappointed in this experience and considering other chains for my future business travel.This location only provides one washcloth per room, which is unusual for a business-class hotel. Other than these shortcomings, I have no other complaints, and my coworkers' stays went well. Location is good, with a small public park behind the hotel and an easily walkable small shopping center nearby.     Worst Holiday Inn in 20 Years

    My family and I stayed for three nights and not once did the hotel provide clean towels and wash clothes. I had to go to the desk each night and ask for them. Only after acting inconvenienced did the staff provide clean towels. On our last night the older Indian male refused to provide clean wash clothes when asked twice. He simply said no. Have used IHG for over 20 years. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with an IHG hotel. Stay away from this place.     Secluded and quiet

    I love this hotel. I had been staying at a hotel next door in the past and this one is so much nicer and the staff is very nice. I love how this hotel is very secluded and it’s in a very quiet location. I loved the big bathroom and walk in shower and the bed was very comfortable.     The pillows were soft and fluffy good quality. Clarity of the food from the restaurant was not so pleasing, after placing my order the waitress did not give me what I requested on my order. I was short some items, after reporting to the staff they did not accommodate me. Did they remove it from my bill.     Great friendly staff. Loved the cookies and diffused waters in check in tearoom was spacious and very clean. Bartender so friendly. Enjoyed my time there! Great location too!
