    Our baseball team had a reservation at another hotel but our room block was dropped, the tournament moved us to this hotel last minute. We went from a 4 star hotel to a 2 star hotel for the same price. Then when we got here we were charged an additional $150. The rooms are average size, and clean but dated. The bathroom edges of the walls are peeling and it could use an update. Again we are here with a baseball team and there are several other teams here also, the manager personally walked kids that were running in the halls at 3pm in the afternoon back to their parent’s room which was a bit much. There are no umbrellas near the pool for parents to sit under, nothing but a large, bright concrete deck in the hot sun. Luckily they had chairs, but bring your hats and shade. Breakfast was decent and there were many options, but it wasn’t quality food. There are not any restaurants within walking distance, but there is a Whole Foods and target a few blocks away. We went into Sugar Land near the town square, for lunch and that town is where we wish we could have stayed with the team. Super cute town, lots of food options within walking distance and super clean.     Because of my PTSD, every New Years Eve I stay at a hotel to avoid the noise from my neighbors fireworks. This year I decided to book a room at this property maybe a hour before I showed up to check-in. After the gentlemen at the front desk check my military ID and thank me for being a IHG club member, He informed me that even though I had a reservation number, he didn't have a room for me and there was nothing he could do for me. I can understand that system mistakes happen so I really wasn't upset about that. What really annoyed me was his demeanor when I asked him if he would be able to accommodate me at another property in the area. His words were "I'll cancel your booking with no penalty and you can go look for yourself" NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. No apology for the inconvenience, no offer to assist with alternative accommodations and no empathy. I kindly asked for my identification and card back and left. I did take his advice and booked a room else where, but with a different chain.     WORST HOL INN, I EVER STAYED!

    i had a dead TV set in my room .I reported this issue to the Receptionist .Initially ,I thought it was the Remote Control that needs Battery Replacement .She took the Remote Control and went to the back of the Reception .The,she handed me the Remote and told me she changed the Batteries already .She also handed me another Remote Control ,which was a Samsung one .Went to my room only to discover that she didnt change them at all .Shes a damn liar .They were the same factory,not branded batteries that were on it .Also ,the Samsung didnt work as it was an LG TV .Went downstairs and complained .She told me that its not her duty to fix the TV and that her only responsible was to check in/out guests . I told her that Im a Platinum Elite member,she didnt even know what it meant.The MGMT hired this THUG acting girl . The room was supposed to be upgraded .It was a dump .The Soap dispenser was almost empty ,the paper towels were both half used ,I could go on and on. I checked out for 1 night stay ,but prepaid for 2 .That thuggish girl didnt even offer me to transfer to another room . The next day,i reported to the morning Receptionist the shabby treatment i received ,the night before . He changed the Batteries ,but TV was still dead .He elaborated to me that there is a changed in Franchise Ownership and that theyre replacing /remodeling many items in the hotel . I will never stay in this hotel anymore ,there is much worse than STARLESS hotel/inn!     Not Safe For Your Vehicles

    Do not stay here. They will let your vehicle get vandalized in their parking garage. Our catalytic converters were stolen. They would not even call the police to come pick up the footage. It is going to cost over $4000 and they do not care about their customers or their vehicles.

    I loved the place very relaxing and clean professional customer service I was planning to stay couple days than hit the road than I extended to three more days.Definitely I will return for few days in next couple months
