    I stayed in the hotel for just a night before taking a flight from Houston airport. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea maker and TV. Breakfast was very substantial and delicious. Staff was extremely friendly and a special mention for Porsha, Joao and Kim. Being an IHG member, I was graciously allowed a late check out. What tops everything is the complimentary airport shuttle. However, do remember to call the hotel for a pickup as the shuttle does not do fixed rounds. Thank you for a comfortable experience!

    Highly recommend this hotel! Friendly front desk staff! Housekeeping does great and breakfast is delicious! Comfortable beds, good AC and security is a plus!

    I I love Holiday Inn on beltway 8 and west road is getting one of my favorite one! The entire team is super friendly, and Richelle and Jamal know how to make you feel special 🥰🥰🥰I also enjoyed being able to interact with their customers and feel in company even whenI’m far away from home!! ✨❤️✨

    This HIE property in this side of Texas is modern and their personnel, as expected, EXCELLENT! This alone is a welcoming experience for every traveling family. The downside of this property are the bathroom tiles that moves when you step on them and the Shower enclosure was not properly cleaned 😢

    We normally stay here to catch the Astros Hone Games series for past 2 seasonCurrently under renovation from the years of neglect. Crew is disrespectful to females and biracial couples and the kids. Mold and mildew removal so better consider your healthFrom my construction background, rooms are dated and ceiling still leaks in the breakfast room since middle 2023 but it’s like a waterfall each time we go and wait the rain. Molds and mildew is growing b/c they only plaster and paint the holes. Poor man’s solving skills.The place is neglected and we will try other hotel in the area for meeting up with family and friends for the games.
