  Cleanliness could have been better!

  Stayed here for the first time and the experience was okay but nothing special.Checked in process was okay. Breakfast information given was little vague and not clear. Also, I was not told anything about the free WiFi, fitness room, and the pool and had to figure out about all of them on my own. Went inside the first room and there was a big size cockroach next to the bed on the floor that quickly went behind the bed wall! Of course it was shocking as hell to us and I immediately came out of the room. I know for sure that if one is there then definitely there should be more! Went downstairs and was assigned another room without any issues. I was apologized, but nothing else was offered for the inconvenience. Second room was okay and we did not see any creatures.Room did come with amenities like microwave, small fridge, and a coffee maker which were helpful specially if you have a family. There were different spots in the room like under the bathroom door where wood was chipped off and it didn't look good. Shower head and bottom faucet were old and should have been replaced. Bottom faucet flange was also not fitted all the way back to the wall and was looking cheap. The sink countertop was tilted little backwards, so all the dirty water was spooling behind the sink faucet instead of running down through the sink. No soap was provided as there was a body gel/lotion. I think soap should be provided as some (like me) prefer a soap instead of a gel, etc.Breakfast was limited and the service to replenish the items like food, plates, bowl etc., was slow and had to be pointed out for attention. I also think timing for breakfast should be extended to at least 11 AM on a daily basis instead of the current 9:30 on the weekdays and 10 on the weekends. There was a little uncomfortable smell in the lobby whenever we came out of the room and in the elevator whenever we used it. We used pool one day and there was no towel available. We had to go in the fitness room to get one. They should check both rooms within a reasonable amount of time to make sure everything is running smoothly and if something is needed or not.Their free WiFi was good but annoying to connect to as it doesn't connect automatically and you have to manually connect to it each and every time. Hotel location was good and I didn't have any issue with that.Hotel definitely need pesticide spray to make sure it is actually cleaned. Yes, I can think about staying here again and may recommend to others as well.   This place has a high-end feel given the recent renovation. The etiquette of the staff and managers here is on par with the five star hotel. Definitely can’t beat the location. If you need to be close to the energy corridor. I’ve chosen to stay here exclusively on a regular basis.   Great Management!!!

  I’ve stayed at many hotels throughout my business career and always had status wherever I went. This time the reservation was made by my father and experienced a few hiccups due to how it was booked. However, The manager on site was absolutely WONDERFUL! He noticed from a distance that we were having trouble as the person checking us in was helping us in the best way she was empowered to but the manager stepped in and aided her with is discretionary authority and helped my daughter and I get checked in with expedience and courtesy. I rarely write reviews as I am sleeping in a hotel usually a third of the year but this experience was everyday awesomeness and his hands on approach is the definition of attention to detail. The hotel was clean and updated; on par with many Hilton or Westin properties at higher price points. Of the many Holiday Inns I have stayed, this was easily the best maintained and managed. Keep up the good work there!Thank you for the great stay!   Good Stay Nice Hotel

  Way too many issues with reaching the front desk, but after a few work arounds, I got ahold of the manager who referred me to the assistant manager & she was MORE than amazing, extremely helpful! There were quite a number of us who had rooms, & we all enjoyed our stay except on the last night while in the lobby visiting with one another, the 3rd shift front desk attendant was very rude to us, he spoke to our group in a very disrespectful tone stating we were making too much noise. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet extended to our large group. I enjoyed the bed, it was very comfortable, & the coffee/pot, microwave & refrigerator were very nice additions & very helpful! There were stains on the carpet that appeared could have been cleaned. The daytime/afternoon front desk attendees were very helpful & accommodating.   Theft/No Cameras/No Help

  Not a safe Hotel to park your vehicle. Two vehicles parked at this Hotel had their tires and rims stolen, left on blocks. Hotel Management refused to offer assistance, no cameras in the parking lot. No help, Hotel Management told me they are not responsible for parking lot area of their Hotel. So, if you decide to stay here know you will get zero help if you have a theft. I suggest you avoid this Hotel.
