Great stay amazing valet. Walking distance from the convention center. A must for those going to conferences or even just vacation in Houston!! (Estes the 🐐).

THEFT!!!

THEFT!!!!!!!!We were forced to valet as there was no private parking, the attendant went through our vehicle and stole items. Management was contacted with proof, claims was contacted, upper Hilton management was contacted and the end result seems to be that they take no responsibility for their employees nor will the employee responsible for the theft face any repercussions.

Reggie was amazing, getting us checked in, and helped us get past issues getting into our room. The room was clean but the bathtub/shower a bit dated. Breakfast was really great! Lots of variety. Valet parking was high at $59 per night, but was run very efficiently. Good location if you are attending a ball game at Daiken.

Our first room was a king size bed suite on the 12th floor. The room had a very strong musk smell. We lit a candle and dealt with it as there were no other rooms available. The reason we wanted to move to the other side of the building is that there is a public parking lot on the street which is across the street from the hotel; the king suites are overlooking that lot. On Friday night, a parking lot party began and lasted until around 2-3AM. We could hear the cars revving their engines and the music blaring in our 12th floor closed windows room. The front desk stated that others have complained. They call the police to disperse the partyers but they return. It's an ongoing issue. The following day, we were able to move to another room away from the parking lot. I tried out the sofa bed but sleeping on a bed of nails would have been more comfortable. It felt as if there was no padding on top of the springs. I closed up the bed and just slept on the sofa.
