    Good hotel but it needs some fixing up

    The staff really made this a pleasant stay. Everyone was very friendly from the front desk, the happy hour attendant, and housekeeping. Breakfast had lots of choices and good coffee.The hotel is definitely getting worn. The bathtub in my room was peeling, and the woodwork was chipped in several places. My room faced I-45 and it was kind of noisy at night.

    old apartment turned into motel with Hotel prices. Worse stay in a hilton ever. Furniture is old. carpet is visibly torn. Bathroom tub pealing in various places. Door paint on every door in hallway pealing.I was afraid to sit on couches. Carpet needs to be removed. Silver member and was offered nothing upon arrival. Fridge makes loud noises.Convenient location of mall. Not feel safe as you can see space in door opening. Old .type locks

    Room 103 had a strong musty smell and was showing its age. It did, though, have a bathroom that featured a large walk-in shower with an anti-slip floor and a grab bar for safety. There was a handheld showerhead although it was installed too high on the wall for me to reach it (I'm 5'4"). Water pressure in the shower was low. There were extra outlets on the wall by the bed. Just keep in mind that the light switch on the wall by the door must be flipped on for the outlets to work. The kitchen was convenient and provided a welcome change from constantly eating out. There was a small market in the lobby next to the front desk. Free hot breakfast in the mornings, free parking.

    We stayed one night on our trip. I wish we had time to stay longer. It was a very nice experience. The suites are large with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and the living room was spacious. It is a good location near The Woodlands Mall area and is close to lots of great restaurants. The breakfast was good. The hotel is clean and the parking is free. We enjoyed the stay

    No turndown service entire stay!

    This location is clean and functions well enough, breakfast and facilities are good. Customer service however is non existent. We stayed two nights and requested multiple times a turndown service and towels . We ended up making our own beds, getting our own towels, and taking out our own trash. We even tipped the housekeeper on QR code …for what? Amazing right! The front desk claims housekeeping begins at 8am… really? Don’t you think that’s a bit early Hilton? Who isn’t in there room at 8am? I would wager most guests are. When we attempted to get the front desk to give us a turndown service, she claimed the housekeepers had gone for the day. 2/18 @ 5:10pm for your records. Room 309 Basically our stay was made far more stressful than it should have ever been. It’s open incompetence disguised as costumer service. It’s flat out what is easier for you (the hotel) versus what’s inconvenient us, the guest. Will never stay here or at any Hilton in general at this point. The lady at the front desk tried.
