  Clean and comfortable for a good price.

  I have to admit, I came looking for things to be wrong, since the price was so good. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The locks worked well. The lights all worked. The refrigerator worked. Coffee machine...showers. It was just an overnight stay after an awful lot of driving. My dad was sick on Father's Day, my purpose in being there, so I ended up spending a lot more time than anticipated in the room, since my visit with my dad had to be short. The bed was big and comfy for one person. The bathroom was clean...the whole package... room, staff, ac, internet, price. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Excellent experience and will probably stay there again in the future.

  ROACHES - The 2 people I spoke with on the phone lied and the front desk clerk was unprofessional and annoying!

  I should have read reviews before I went there! My GOD!!! I had a handicapped room, initially. It had roaches. I told them, they moved me to a second-floor room with even more ROACHES! They were coming in/out as though the roaches had paid to rent the room. Then, I guess the "manager", said that "they had just bought the hotel and would exterminate. I couldn't sleep ALL night trying to keep nasty, disease-carrying ROACHES off me! THEN, some slow-minded desk clerk had the gall to defend this hell hole and say, well, "There's no way to get in touch with Management!" She was lying. I then said, "well, I want my money back and I will seek counsel if it isn't returned as quickly as you took it out of my bank!" (They said I could pay once I left. Also, no breakfast, which I wouldn't have wanted anyway. YUK!) Unless they bought the hotel that day, they lied about knowing the roaches infected that property! Some of these people looking for a get rich quick scheme are filthy AND too cheap themselves! You have to spend money to make it! We were there to visit a sick relative. What a jacked-up experience!!! Still fuming from the nerve of the management providing roached rooms for rent!!! I did take pictures of the ROACHES.

  No Breakfast As Advertised!

  The rooms are fine yet don't base this place on breakfast because they don't provide any! We choice this hotel based on free breakfast due to proximity to our sporting event. We walked outside in the cold to get to the front office only to be told there wasn't any breakfast. The guy offered us chips.

  Room 224 has bedbugs 117 has bedbugs 218 has bedbugs i leff From there i left he offered no money back and i stayed Over 3 days and it just gotten worse from there my name is Chris T. I want To go further with this case. I have pictures that my whole family has bites everywhere with proof and the bugs in each room with time receipts.

  My husband and I were in town for a wedding and I booked two night here to try and save money. BIG. MISTAKE. The floors were sticky, the curtains were covered in dirt and mystery red goo, the shower curtain was FILTHY, and the sheets and towels were stained. When I asked for new linens they gave me some, but they were the wrong size. I went back again and the sheets were still too small. The lady in charge came to our room the third time and just kept blaming housekeeping and that someone must have moved her stuff around. When I pointed out that our warmer top blanket had a cigarette burn in it even though it’s a non-smoking hotel her reply was “well it’s clean”. They also are not serving breakfast, even though their site says they are. To avoid sounding like one of those people that just rants for no reason, their mini-fridge was nice and the pillow top layer they had on the bed was rather comfy (aside from also being stained). Spend the extra $20-$30 and get a clean room and better service (and hopefully a breakfast!) We chose to check out early and find a different hotel for our second night.
