    Prepare to be treated like garbage

    I was coming with my husband for a consult at MD Anderson and booked a king bed room through Expedia. Unexpectedly, I was scheduled for a PET scan that would pose a health risk for my husband if we slept in the same bed afterwords. I contacted Expedia, explained the situation, and asked to change the booking to two Queen beds. Three different Expedia representatives then talked to the hotel and tried to make them switch the rooms to no avail, even though they had multiple rooms available. I then contacted the hotel directly and talked to Tanya, who outright lied to me. She claimed that a law prevents her from changing the reservation. When I asked which law, she hung up the phone.I am appalled by the lack of compassion, basic human decency, and customer service skills at the hotel that serves many cancer patients.

    Staff, Location and room. I usually go every year for my appointments at MD Anderson. I feel safe being there and talk about the breakfast buffet…..AMAZING!!!😊

    This is our go to hotel when we have medical appointments that require an over night stay. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. They offer to and from transport to the hospitals. NRG Stadium is within walking distance along with several restaurants.

    Dirty! There was food in the microwave from previous person staying in the room. So smelled like leftovers when we went. Bathroom was dirty and when we checked the linen in the bed there was a lot of hair. It seemed like the linen wasn't changed and they just made the bed.We asked to change the room. Useless it was the same. We couldn't even stay the night we left and got another hotel. Way better! Hyatt was very nice and clean!|

    This hotel needs a lot of work. It used to be a cute hotel, but now there are no pictures on the walls, no desk, no towel racks, hooks, or toilet paper holders. It is tin down and needs a good cleaning. Last time I stay.
