  Do not stay here. Door had a 2” gap under it. Bathroom door would hardly close. One bath towel. Asked for more towels 2 different times …… never got any. Breakfast is not anything but old bananas, two small muffins, cereal in plastic containers, and waffle mix. King bed was so saggy to the middle we had to sleep on the far edges. Horrible stay

  Fantastic hotel. We spent two excellent weeks there. The room was clean and well furnished, with a bathtub, a great hot shower, microwave, fridge, and, most importantly, a very comfortable dedicated workstation with proper front and back lighting, which made teleconference calls easy and convenient.The location is another big plus. We do not drive, yet everything was accessible on foot - a nearby bus stop, Walmart, other large stores, and several very good restaurants. The view from the window was beautiful, with the city skyline visible both day and night. The hotel was also very quiet, with good sound insulation. We did not hear guests from neighboring rooms at all.We genuinely enjoyed the breakfasts, despite some negative comments here. There were two types of cornflakes, good-quality milk, juice, cupcakes, coffee, bananas, and waffles you can make yourself with maple syrup. More than enough for a solid breakfast, and if something is missing, you can always ask. The breakfasts were filling enough that we were not hungry for most of the day.We would also like to thank the reception staff, especially Tom and Kevin - both were professional, friendly, and helpful.As for downsides, there were minor issues with the cleaning staff. On one occasion, a cleaning lady of Mexican descent interrupted me two hours before checkout during an important conference call. Despite two "do not disturb" signs, she knocked loudly, shouted, and opened the door. We also did not request cleaning for the entire two-week stay, yet at checkout she asked for a propina, which felt somewhat inappropriate.Overall, the cleaning staff were the only source of noise, often talking loudly in the hallways. We believe the administration should reinforce the policy of respecting "do not disturb" signs, especially for working guests. This seems like an issue that can easily be resolved, and we are confident future stays will be smooth.

  If you like drug dealing or murder chances, this is the "hotel" for you! The room wasn't clean, the a/c didn't work, and there was what I hope isn't but probably is semen on the headboard.

  UNSAFE Tub/Shower in "Handicap Accessible Room", and Other disappointments

  It was clean. However, the tub/shower of what is labeled as "handicap accessible" was a standard tub/shower that was incredibly slippery. I slipped and very nearly fell across the side of the tub. The bathroom door wouldn't only swing within 2 inches of closing -and squeaked over the path it did move. The "6:30am breakfast" wasn't ready at 6:50am Sunday, nor 7am on Monday morning. The coffee in the brkfst area was awful (in room coffee was drinkable).

  Roaches, Roaches and more Roaches

  The 8800 airport Blvd is a roach motel. The televisions and cable system don't work half time. Staff is unfriendly. Had me stand in cold to try and resolve issue instead of lobby. Moved me to 2 rooms and still had roaches. It is Thanksgiving n now I'm sleepless before my road trip cause of roaches. The company I booked this reservation was of little help. I'm gonna discontinue my use of expedia.com due to this and their cheap ass response and lack of support.
