    Too tough to be comfortable-won’t stay here again

    The hotel isn’t the worst, and being near the lake is nice. But…..:the AC reverberates through the room like having the back windows of a car open going 80 miles an hour. I had to put earplugs in and even they didn’t help. Ads to that the fact that the cool air doesn’t reach the bed. So you get to sweat while you sleep and your eardrums take a beating. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

    one of the best places to stay in Sugar Land. Best location excelent room friendly stuff. I really enjoyed my stay there and I will definitely go back there again on my next visit.

    I had a wonderful experience from the customer service; I was treated excellently to the environment and parking. The room temperature was great and the room toiletries and cleanliness was great.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place. It's a fantastic hotel. Very good price, great team, close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

    Really nice experience - nice location allows for walking around the lake. Also Joel at the front desk is a gentleman. Goes out of his way to ensure you are well taken care of with any requests.
