    Bugs, and dirty linen!

    I stay at the Hyatt for business trips often, but this was by far the worst experience ever. There is no reason linen should be dirty up on arrival. this is very negligent and unsanitary. I don't pay to stay at dirty hotels, or share my space with bugs.     Amazing Staff/Team!!!

    I stay at the Hyatt Regency almost monthly for work meetings. What a blessing to always be greeted by the wonderful staff who makes you feel like family! Gladys at the front desk helped me get into my room after a long day and the hotels WiFi was down! Breakfast is always amazing, being greeted with hugs from the team, Juliette is so sweet, the Amazing Silva taking are of the detail along with Alberto, those three are incredible! Then after a long day my friend Roberto at the Urban Star is fantastic! They know what I have asked for in the past and always remember! Just like going to visit family! Can’t thank this team enough for making my work visits much more enjoyable because of each of them! God Bless them all!     The location close to the mall is convenient and there are a couple of non commercial coffee place within walking distance.     While the hotel itself was well kept and rooms were impressive, I forgot my wedding band in the bathroom and when I returned it was gone. I would have expected better from a brand like Hyatt to have more honest staff.
