    Edna's the best - Great Customer Service

    Showed up with no reservation after a horrible experience at a different hotel, Edna checked us in upon arrival, she was amazing, so friendly and helpful, we had two rooms, one room the TV was not operating, Edna got maintenance man, Albert who came up, they ended up having to move us to a different room (right next door to ours). They were quick, helpful, friendly. It was refreshing to get such wonderful customer service, they are lucky to have Edna and Albert. Those are the types of people you want representing your hotel! Again they were amazing, rooms were clean, continental breakfast was decent for a hotel.     My mom lived in Kingwood for many years, but after my dad died in 2024, my mom moved in with us in Nacogdoches, Texas. All of our family still live in Kingwood so we need to make trips down to the Kingwood area. This hotel in Atascocita has been a little home away from home for us. All of our stays have been excellent! The staff is always available for whatever we need. We also appreciate that they have 2 bedroom suites available, and they are very reasonably priced.     Great experience staying at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Humble, Texas. "Karen", the front desk rep. was extraordinarily friendly, helpful, kind, understanding, and quite knowledgeable, And the staff person who prepared the daily 7:00 a.m. breakfast was very nice and made some fantastic dishes...it was a real treat! The king bed room was very clean and comfortable...I recommend this hotel as a wonderful place to stay...and it's pet-friendly as well! You won't regret it!
