    Disrespectful Manager

    I witnessed an unfortunate incident involving a housekeeping manager on the 12th floor near the elevator. The manager, who appeared to be pregnant, was speaking disrespectfully to a housekeeper. While I understand that pregnancy can be physically and emotionally challenging, it should never be used as an excuse to insult or mistreat employees.Hotel staff deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their position. Management should lead by example and foster a positive work environment. I hope the hotel addresses this matter and ensures that all team members are treated professionally.     Nico, the valet, was the first person to greet me. He was very friendly and attentive. Before I left the hotel, I stopped by their restaurant.
