  The room was on the bottom floor which was good. There was a large crack under door to see light. No light over the bathroom sink. It was difficult to get the air adjusted to comfortable temperature. The floor was wet all the way from entrance door to bathroom. The phone did not work No, the dog did not potty on the floor. We took the dog to the back where the grass was, and during the night, there were men in the back drinking beer and sleeping in the car. About 4 of them in different cars. Could not sleep because people slamming doors and it seemed like they were arguing or talking loud most of the night. The sheets and towels appeared to be clean. No receipt. The mattress was ok.

  This hotel was ok, but the cable was hit/miss for reception. This location is a remodel from an older hotel. Our room was on the bottom floor on the left side, was clean enough for the $. They do allow dogs, but no grassy areas to walk them other than next to the feeder road where cars are wizzing by. Crazy busy road. Makes dogs scared. Me too really. Check out is 11 AM which normally wouldn’t be bad but I was back in town visiting friends. I tried to get a later (1 PM ) check out so I could have lunch with a friend. Wanted to leave the dogs in the room during the meet up. I had no place else to leave them. I even offered extra money for a late checkout, and they would not allow it. Bummer. Place was not even 1/2 full on a week day. Not understanding why they couldn’t accommodate this small request when they were not busy (Tuesday). Makes this a no go for me in the future. Too bad.   This first floor room, smelled like an old motel. The door had a crack at the bottom large enough to see the light outside & for anything to crawl into it, I plugged it with tissue. The extra door locks at the top, still allows the door to open 2 inches, that's too far. The sheets and pillow cases were damp, not cold like they weren't dried completely. At check out, I turned in my room key & weren't given any type of receipt.   100% underrated! Great place to stay.

  Property was clean! Room was deff not what I expected but in a good way. Super clean and renovated. No issues with other people staying. They have vending machines available. Totally redone moder. Inside the room more like a 3 star hotel. Staff was pleasant to deal with and acted like they were happy to help and have your busines. Something I always appreciate. Plenty of hot water for shower. Room has a nice sized desk, good sized mini fridge and microwave. Wall mounted TV and outlets everywhere to charge all my equipment. The only thing that was out of their control is they are right next to the 45 freeway and can hear slight traffic passing by but nothing to keep you from getting a good nights rest. All in all a pleasant experience from an underrated hotel/inn.   Clean, friendly staff, quiet property, and comfortable rooms. Xenia (Front Desk Attendant) is the BEST!!!

  This was definitely a great choice to spend my week. Sparkling clean renovated rooms with comfortable beds, and excellent service. Quite spot, with almost no outside noise. From the beginning Xenia (front desk) desk made it feel like home with her great attitude and eagerness to assist. Aracely (housekeeping) was also amazing. It’s like she knew what I needed before I did! Very thorough, and efficient. If you’re looking for luxury on a budget, this is the place to be!!!!! It’s literally worth twice what it books for.
