    Great pet-friendly property (but BYOC)

    This property really is as clean (and new!) as many reviews claimed. The staff was helpful, the bed is SO comfortable, the room is quiet, and the shower has good water pressure. I had great nights of sleep there and was able to get my work done. "BYOC" - if you book a room with a kitchenette, you have to bring your own cookware/utensils/dishes; they're not provided. The kitchenette is equipped with a large counter, cabinets, fridge, microwave, and sink. Overall, my stay was great. This is one of the few places where your pets can stay for free. What's even more impressive is that the property is cleaner than many pet-friendly properties that add a huge pet fee. If you're traveling across the state/country with your pup, you can't go wrong with this place!     Love this gem of a hotel—a great value

    I felt obligated to write a review for this hotel since it has so few reviews—perhaps it is a new business?—and because i had such a pleasant stay there. The location was convenient for my needs, right on the feeder road. The front desk (mike?) was warm and kind, and did their best to accommodate my room request. The rooms are clean and well-lit. Fridge and microwave. Hot water. Good wifi. Good ac. Plenty of parking. Free coffee in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel. It was a great value considering how reasonably priced the hotel was, even booking just a couple of days in advance. Many thanks to the staff, especially the kindly gray haired gentleman that checked me in. Three cheers for this humble little gem of a hotel.     Wonderful pet friendly hotel! I've stayed at this hotel twice. Both times the rooms and grounds have been beautifully maintained. Nice grass area for the dogs. My room was clean and comfortable.     Great place to stay in Houston

    Spent four nights there. Good location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is kept very clean . Would stay anytime I am in the area and would recommend it to friends.
