    It’s cheap but dirty and very run down. I wouldn’t return and wish I had paid a little more to have a clean room.     Quick Stop

    Ok place to stay for a quick stop before catching a flight. Bed was fluffy and comfortable. Working hot shower. I do find Red Roof’s dark burgundy decor a little depressing. However, the pool was great for a quick evening swim. Was grateful they had a coffee station in the morning. Parking included.     Would not stay here again. The hallways smelled heavily of bug spray, made me cough. No elevator to get to upstairs rooms. Our first room, the shower didn't work and in-room telephone didn't work to call the front desk. Bath towels smelled REALLY bad (like sour water)! Walked downstairs and bottom of stairs/lobby area smelled like weed. Moved to a different room, shower didn't work and phone didn't work, again. Was going to use one of the disposable cups in the bathroom and when I took it off the top of the stack, looked and it had already been used! And put back on top of the clean ones!!! So gross!! We were put here free by the airline because of a delayed flight. I would not stay again, even for free.

    Dark and dirty hotel, no food or water available in room or for purchase, vending machine broken, no shuttle for return trip to airport. Manager at from desk with a mustache denied shuttle back to Houston airport told us to take a taxi. This same man said there was no food or water on the premises.

    Wow! Absolutely the worst place to stay! I was stuck in Houston due to flight issues and this was the hotel the airlines sent me too. First off the airport shuttle was disgusting! I didn't feel safe in it. The location was totally sketchy, prostitutes and pimps walking in the parking lot! Safety clearly was not high on their priority list. Checking in was surprisingly easy. The room, oh my gosh, so filthy! The walls were stained with grease and dirt. The bathroom walls had crusty stuff on them. They offered no toiletries, not sure I would have taken a shower if I had them. The shower, well you can imagine! Lucky for us we only had to stay there 5 hrs, because of the shuttle times, had to go to the airport 4 hrs before my flight. At this point, I'd rather be at the airport.
