Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The holiday village offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Guests of the complex are welcome to relax in the garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station, dishwasher and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the complex, including tennis, golf, a gym, aerobics, a spa and a sauna.

Meals

There is a restaurant on the premises. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.

    Place is extremely clean. Like almost new. Price was great. Suite has fridge,dish washer, and plenty of room. Great location right off of 45. Outdoor seating area and basketball court. Hard to beat.     Great stay at Cityplace

    This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in this area! We were here for my daughter's softball tournament. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were very big, clean and comfortable! The room was well stocked with everything upu need to feel like you are at home. Even though the hotel was full we did not hear anything at all! I can't wait until we play in this area again so we can come back!     I went to the residence inn Marriott in Houston I soon as I walked in the man in the front his name was Jorge super disrespectful, and unprofessional to me and my wife. I didn’t even feel safe to spend the night in the hotel I payed for .I would steer clear from this Marriott if I could I would leave 0 stars Jorge needs to be retrained or let go bc what happened to me and my family yesterday was very scary I had to pay for another Uber to go to another Marriott so don’t waste your time and money here like I did Kellan Beran, General Manager at Residence Inn by Marriott Houston City Place, responded to this review Dear 907sayfh,Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for speaking with our management team regarding your arrival experience.     Tonya at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable. She truly showed that customer service is an attitude not just a job. Very impressed with the service, the amenities and location. Tonya made it feel welcoming and was so professional even while multi tasking. She truly cares and is a great example of Texas Hospitality. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Just wow!     Great stay and great staff!

    What a lovely staycation in TX! We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. To begin, the front desk staff was amazing! I spoke first with Mya and she was very professional, very responsive, and went out of her way to ensure that our stay was amazing! I also spoke and/or was helped by Misha (mgr), Ahmad, and Tashia, all who were very helpful and pleasant. Olivia who took care of our breakfast was amazing as well! She took great care of preparing the breakfast items and taking care of the breakfast buffet and breakfast sitting area. We loved the egg muffins and toppings for the oatmeal, especially! All of the staff seemed to really enjoying their job and represented the Marriott brand well! Housekeeping did a great job as well and was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very nice and lovely. Everything was clean, fresh and very modern. The room was well taken care of and made our stay feel very nice. The decor was lovely. There was some dust on the tv stand shelf in the living room, and a noticeable spot in the carpet in the living room, but, overall, the room was very clean and nice. The gym was small but clean and the equipment worked well. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within 6-7 minute drive.Oh, we really enjoyed sitting outside around the firepit and overlooking the pool area. The entire property is nice and lined with trees. The Courtyard is right next door.We would definitely return for another visit! fyi, 5 star if it was a full service hotel!
