  Updated room. Conveniently located to the interstate. Quiet area. Nice outdoor pool. Good lemon water and breakfast. Coffee, juice, eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit. Can't think of any other way to get enough characters. Should be able to review without so many rules!!

  Hotel would not Honor online reservation price

  My daughter and I reserved a room at this hotel because she was playing in a softball tournament. When we checked in, I noticed the room rate was more than the amount on my email. I showed the lady at the front desk my email and she said that she would have the manager fix the rate and she would bring me my paper to sign. When she brought me the paper, it was still the wrong amount and I told her I would not sign that. She said she would get the manager to fix it and I could sign it before I checked out. When I went to check out, the manager had put a sticky note on my room rate paper saying that the rate I was quoted was for a single King bed, not two beds. I again, showed another lady at the front desk my email that quoted my room with two queen beds for the reduced price. I was told the manager was not there but to call at lunch time and the problem would be fixed. I called and the person who answered the phone told me the problem was fixed and the difference on the room would be refunded. I checked my credit card online and not only was the wrong price for the room charged, I also had the price that was supposed to be refunded charged twice and refunded once. So the total amount charged for my room was doubled from what it was supposed to be. I called the hotel and talked to the manager and he was the rudest man I have ever spoken with in my life!! I have called the General Manager of Choice Hotels and they are fixing the problem. NEVER go to this hotel!!!

  I still here in the hotel because everything is sold out around ..! We been here before and was nice but yesterday when the housekeeper came to clean she didn't cleaned right and good the restroom, this morning when my son go to the "breakfast" for some cereal because is just what they had but I saw some strawberry and grape jelly but they don't have bread??? Funny ..! I got my own bread and I put in the toaster when I opened the jar was disgusting the jam was moldy and spoiled..! I told the owner and he looked on me if I was crazy, when i asked him if he get a new one he just told me "I don't think so" I just hope today they come to clean right because is my last day here because for the price is not fair how looks everything even they need a lot of maintenance everywhere.

  A hotel in the woodlands was going to be expensive when there is a good band on at the pavilion so I was pleased to get something at this price point. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for one night stay, the one complaint I would mention is that the air conditioning until was loud, other than that it was a nice little place.

  The room was so nice! This was the third America's Best Value that we had stayed at and it was, by far, the nicest. Our King bed room had a sofa, desk, mini fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, and walk in shower. There was even a little basket of toiletries such as toothbrushes, razors, and toothpaste that you could use if you forgot something. The hotel is located within 5-10 minutes of the Cynthia Mitchell Pavilion and has lots of restaurant options down the street. I would recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
