    Not the best. Not the worst.

    It did not start off very good. It took almost an hour for the hotel shuttle to pick us up. We were told the drivers changed shifts and didn’t communicate that we needed picked up. When we finally got to the hotel, the young girl at the desk was very very sweet and friendly. The lobby was clean and modern looking. The rooms were large, clean, and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was fantastic. Unfortunately, the hotel seems to be right below the airport runway so you hear jets roaring nonstop overhead from about 5 am till 11 ish at night. We heard stomping from the room above us too. I really enjoyed the comfort of the room but due to the noise, I don’t think I’d stay here again. Coffee and breakfast are provided, which is a nice thing to have when traveling.

    Hotel was close to the airport, there was a couple of eateries nearby but after a long flight I really couldn’t be bothered. The room was quiet, spacious and clean along with a really comfy bed. Breakfast was a little basic with pretty much just bagels but that suited me. Staff were all friendly and would stay here again if I was to return to Houston.

    Nice Hotel Close to IAH BUSH in Houston

    My husband and I needed a hotel close to IAH BUSH Airport in Houston for one night; we had an early flight the next morning to Cozumel. The night manager, Lewis Castro (FYI: a retired Marine veteran), was knowledgeable, accommodating, personable, just a great man! The hotel and the room were very clean! The checkout process was quick and efficient! I can’t remember the young lady’s name that checked us out but she was very nice!

    This was a refurbished hotel,that seemed like new. The check in was painless. The room was large and modern. Maybe plugs and a smart tv. Free parking and airport transportation. They did not have a large breakfast but a bagel bar. Felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

    Decent hotel but poorly managed. Security is lacking and management is unresponsive to issues.

    This is a a nice and reasonably priced hotel for its location. The room was clean and desk staff was pleasant and efficient. Unfortunately, security is lacking and the management provided no guest support following a vehicle theft during my stay. I will not return to this location because of my experience.
