Staff was wonderful really helpful. The room was very neat and tidy. Great Location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good above Super 8 standards. Definitely recommended.

Had a good night's rest at this hotel even in the middle of a downpour. The bed sounded a little like thunder when I moved, but it only bothered my big dog a little. The night staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well stocked. All appliances worked well. We had really comfy beds, 2 queens for my friend and I, and there was a little seating area too. It was great!

Horrible service, kept my security deposit for things wrong with their carpet that were already there. The guy at the front desk was rude

Night mare to night terror

The started off as a night mare and got worse from there. I had a terrible experience with my reservation. The hotel would not refund my money for a innocent mistake of booking the wrong dates. So hotels.com was forced in refunding me with credits. I then booked the correct dates and proceeded to to the hotel. When I got there the front desk lady was rude. I booked smoking and she told they didn't have any cause the cleaning ladies dont clean that side till the evening. So booked me non smoking and charged me $50 deposit in which I had to borrow. The room smelled horrendous too much over kill of scented something. I lay down and pass out later I wake up take a shower and go back to bed.. I was obviously exhausted. When I woke up and turned lights on the room was filthy. Acrylic nails and nail files on the floor in bathroom dirty floors lampshade had unknown yucky . The phone was so bad I wouldnt touch it. The bathroom vent was a fire hazard and the toilet kept running would flush. Tv did not work. Freezer was frozen solid. Ashes beside the bed and men's toiletries under the ac vent. There is now way this hotel is following any kind of cleaning or sanitization policies. Please stay at your own risk. Management is easy to blame you for their mistakes. They should maybe find a better room to put me in so I can give them better rating And for sure retrain the cleaning ladies.
