Clean room, great staff, good value for the $

In a modest neighborhood, but very close to lots of retail, restaurants; upscale Sugarland is not far. The proprietors were extraordinarily gracious and friendly. Their genuine willingness to see to our needs made up for the small disappointment of a VERY bare-bones breakfast, including no fresh coffee, just instant and hot water. Understandable, since they don't do a big business. Although the room was modest decor-wise, it was very clean and had all the amenities--fridge, microwave, hair dryer, ironing board, etc. Housekeeping was readily available. Internet/wi-fi was good.

Great Staff, Great Clean Comfortable Rooms !!!

Great staff as always and a very clean and pleasant smelling room with comfortable beds and pillows. They always go out of their way to accommodate me and get me a ground room floor which I request due to my age. The hotel itself is also located in an easily accessible area and there are numerous Restaurants within a short distance. I am a diamond member and very picky and will always stay in hotels that measure up to a minimal standard and this one exceeds all of those minimal. I have stayed in this hotel numerous times over the past several years and have never seen any bugs of any kind or had any problem with the air conditioning or the appliances or the water utilities. All in all, it is a comfortable low-key place to rest and I should add that there's never been any kind of disturbances outside of the hotel that sometimes you find at other hotels where there may be homeless people or some kind of criminal activity going on but you will not find that at this hotel. I would consider it safe even for families with children.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY...EXTREMELY CLEAN FACILITY AN FRIENDLY PEOPLE...WE CHECKED IN AROUND 7PM CST AND THE RESTAURANTS WERE VERY CLEAN AN ALSO VERY ACCOMADATING WHILE WE WERE THERE ON OUT OF TOWN BUSINESS.....THE BREAKFAST BAR IS LOCATED IN THE LOBBY AREA...WE ATE ELSE WHERE

Needed to take car of business in Pearland. The Super 8 in Stafford Sugarland did the job. Check in was great (even though .... I .... had the wrong day!) Family was so nice during check in and check out. I earned 1,000 Wyndham Rewards points! I plan to visit again!

No breakfast provided but is advertised. Value was reasonable. Nice area and location. Restaurants and Walmart nearby. Parking lot was clean. Front desk personnel was very nice. I think his name was Harold.
