    I’ve lived in Hotels most of my life. Never owned the house rented apartments, travel for Jobs!

    You may reget staying power outages. Internet service intermittent. Nobody answers phones. Can’t get messages! Services depend on if the laundry is working or not? The laundromat takes $10 and doesn’t give you anything back if you’re staying for one night! It only cost five dollars to wash and dry but the dryers washers don’t work most of the time? Take your money and get nothing back! Breakfast is whatever they have? Which is not much? Hotels 30 years old and it’s falling apart people. He is not just a facelift needs a complete overhaul. Power flickers on and off at times. This is like red roof Inn or motel six shouldn’t pay more than $30 a night. Check it out for yourself. You can hear dogs, barking, kids, crying for babies and people making sx! Paper, thin walls!

    Usually, I am a 1-3 night guest. For this Property I was a 14 NIGHT GUEST! My corporate rate was the Best in Houston, out of dozens of Properties; this super rate led me to the Property for the 1st time. You get what you pay for: this Property is older. Period. Streaming TVs, comfortable bedding, spacious room, full kitchen, new showers. Credit only guest laundry. Bars and restaurants all around, walkable. Several days in November: I was at the pool. Three grills on Property for guest-use, one propane, I grilled steaks twice during stay. 20 minutes to the Woodlands. 99 toll road extended my Stay by a week: Woodland Properties can be 200$ nightly... I was able to work all of Houston except East. Location of Property is Supreme for commutes and the Louetta area is both quiet/safe and nice. Mainly, and as always, my top concern is People: and this Property is staffed by fantastic People: Cache and Imani typically would check me in day after day, and they were both unfailingly Friendly. It was a real pleasure to interact with Valerie during the days, and she has a pleasant phone etiquette. Deja is the Desk Manager and she went out of her way to make sure my Status was recognized and my Stay was comfortable. 10/10 comprehensively for Value, Location, and Staff.

    THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!

    This hotel was a dump! I’m really disappointed that Marriott has it name attached to a dump like this. First the curtains in the room was rip and torn horribly. The screen on the outside of the windows torn. The outlets in the room were not secure in the wall or torn. The phone inside the room didn’t work and the iron didn’t work. We were there for four days and our wasn’t cleaned not once the entire time we were there.

    Room was clean, staff was very nice. Nothing fancy, hallways were a bit dingy. Gym cardio equipment needs to be fixed. Overall great place for the price. Nice neighborhood felt very safe as a female traveling alone.

    Holes in the carpeting, a shredded wall, a broken elevator, the breakfast room closed indefinitely, and six roaches during our 6-day stay! I am assuming that those are just some of the reasons that this hotel changed management a month ago. The only problem with brand-new management is that in addition to the unsolved problems, you have new, inexperienced staff. No one told us that housekeeping doesn't stop by every day---one front desk employee told us it was every 3 days, then the manager told us it was every other day and the reason it was 4 days for us was because our usual "refresh" day was on a holiday so our turn was skipped. One employee was nice about getting us new washcloths (I am still trying to figure out how one washcloth for 2 people for 4 days works out) but another initially refused and was downright nasty. We rented the extended-stay hotel room for the kitchen, but it was poorly equipped with 2 pots and a skillet but no cooking utensils or dishwashing detergent. The new manager assured me that she was working on the problems so I will give her the benefit of the doubt, but I think it will be at least 6 months before it is a comfortable hotel again.
