    Do not stay at this hotel. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel ever at this location. First thing you will notice is this hotel is located next door to low income housing,and some pretty rough looking people are always walking through the parking lot. Some would stare me down making me feel uncomfortable. When you walk into the hotel to check in, you will smell a horrible musky smell and that there is no air conditioning in the lobby. This place looks nothing like the pictures. The pictures are very deceiving. The front desk staff were rude as well. The pool was closed and they were not serving breakfast. While walking to my room I was hit with a strong aroma of weed in the bottom floor hallway. I brought this to the staff attention. The did not care. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights at this location. Room number 1 had black and yellow stains on the sheets, not to mention hair. Room 2 smelled very strongly of mold. I requested another room and they gave it to me. Room 3 had trash in the corners, stained sheets, and roaches and other bugs. At this point I was extremely upset and grossed out. I asked to speak with a manger and I was told I couldn’t speak with her. I’ve never not been able to speak with a manager at a hotel before. So I decided to check out and find a safer and cleaner place. They would not give me a refund. So I counted my losses and checked out anyway. Then they would not give me a receipt or any verification that I checked out. So no refund, no manager, and now no receipt. I had enough and left and found something else. Thankfully I booked through a third party and they were able to get my refund. It was truly a nightmare. RUN from this place.

    The sheets on the bed were dirty or stained. I was very tired and only needed a few hours to sleep. I used my travel blanket and slept on top on the conforter. I was very uncomfortable. if the sheets were clean they stay would have been fine.

    HORRIBLE NASTY HOTEL

    I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL 7-15-22 Soon as I checked in the front desk said everything was ready for me to check in soon as I get to my room I had Roaches waiting for me at the front door. I tried killing almost 5 that first day I checked in. To me waking up the next day and Saw 2 crawling on my face I was highly disappointed I tried to drink my juice that was next to me and it was 3 more Roaches swimming inside my cup I go to the rest room and it’s more crawling on the wall and tub.. I have videos and photos of my stay and I Tell anybody to not STAY IN ROOM 312 ITS RIDICULOUS

    Desk clerk indifferent, refused cancellation receipt and refund. No professional follow up from Jennifer, the manager who did not honor the cancellation policy and did return my multiple calls to resolve my refund as stated per their policy. The parking lot had people loitering which caused my family to feel uncomfortable and unsafe

    This hotel is the worst. The internet and pool was down the whole time. The room came with a broken refrigerator/tv cabinet. The towels and washcloths were dirty and holes in the washcloth. They didn’t even give 4 washcloths and towels when it was 4 of us staying. We had to go get the plunger because the toilet kept clogging up. The tv came with only 2 channels and one channel was all in Spanish. They only gave one key card. The manager is never there. I asked for a manager the manger wasn’t there. I just called Thai Saturday and I was informed the manager doesn’t work on the weekends. What establishments down not have a manger on a shift? What happens when situations happens and they need a manger. I want my refund. I should’ve been told from the very beginning the tv and internet wasn’t good. The toilet was going to keep clogging. I had to go to target to buy bathroom cleaner.
