    The front desk manager was fantastic! He was extremely polite and helpful. Our daughter bought us a night from Booking.com and it didn’t show in the system. The manager was awesome and helped us. The pool was our all day hang out and it was FANTASTIC! Patricia took great care of us. It’s my favorite place!     My friend and I sat outside by the pool with my nine month old baby and our poolside server Patricia was so attentive. The service she provided was truly excellent.And when I asked if there was any coffee at five o'clock in the afternoon , she went and asked the kitchen to brew fresh coffee for me! She could have just said , no , we don't have coffee at this time of day , but the sleep deprivation of motherhood knows no bounds , and she went above and beyond for me!     Our stay here was nothing short of perfection! If you are looking for a getaway that perfectly combines top-tier accommodation with phenomenal dining, this is the place. The Stay: The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The entire atmosphere is a peaceful retreat, made even better by the genuinely warm and attentive staff who go above and beyond. The Food: The restaurant elevated our trip to another level. Every dish was a culinary delight packed with fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. A special mention to William for his recommendations—especially the brownie.10/10 – Highly Recommended.     Hotel Zaza city center was wonderful. We enjoyed the spa and room service. The entire staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Walter delivered our room service and was very helpful and accommodating with the minor issue we had.
