To put it nicely, this hotel was a major disappointment. It was dirty and run down. The fire alarm went off (falsely) in the middle of the night and no one could get the alarm to turn off, to the point at which the fire dept. left and we were all still standing outside. The customer service was lacking and management was non-responsive. There are many other hotels in that same area for a similar price that are much nicer. Don't waste your stay on this one.

Being remodeled now caused no issues at all. New carpet, paint and furnishings made our stay so nice. The best part was the remodeled bathroom!! Sparkling new shower tub!! Getting a great breakfast was wonderful and location was perfect for our girlfriends shopping weekend! It would have been a five of they had a plan for the extreme weather we had one night. Tornado was maybe 10 miles away and they had no protocol in place. At least not that the front desk new of.

Under Renovations

First off it should be known that the hotel was under renovations at the time. If mess in the hallways bothers you it isn’t a good fit. Once renovations are complete I’m sure it would be a very nice hotel. The room we were in was decent, lots of little issues such as a squeaky door and a loose toilet but I enjoyed the bedroom having a separate room from the living room space. The woman who checked us in and out was very nice! Good breakfast selection as well. Overall not a bad experience but would be better once renovations are complete!
