The hotel lies in the heart of the Overland Park in the Kansas business corridor. Excellent staff, fabulous hotel

The hotel was just excellent. Lydia and Caleb, front desk staff were fabulous. My husband was in the Overland Park regional Hospital and had to have additional surgery. Lydia and Caleb helped me through this very difficult time and could not have been more accommodating. Beyond a spotless hotel with wonderful amenities, Hilton should be congratulated for hiring such caring staff. Tired Hotel that needs updating

We were disappointed with our room. It was old, looking outdated, and the door to the balcony was not locked. I guess that’s what we get for booking a day of reservation. We got it bad room. They gave us a ticket for a breakfast buffet that we did not go to so I can’t speak about that. I will not stay there again. Really nice hotel. Older, but updated and very clean. The staff is super friendly, all of them were great at the front desk particularly. The restaurant is really good, excellent food. Surprised they are not busier in there, because the food is great. The gym is great, big and lots of workout options. The hotel has a nice sitting area outside a cool forested area. Hidden parking fees

I am a Hilton diamond member and won’t ever stay here again. there is a hidden $10 parking charge. No one even asked if I was parking a car overnight. No signs to indicate there is a charge. I called to get the charge removed and it took two tries to get it done. Overpriced to start with. There are much better options in the area.
